I had an extremely bad experience in more than one ways here.
1. We gave the urine sample in morning and asked for two examination, complete urine examination and culture. I am myself a doctor and well aware that culture takes two days whereas urine examination takes almost one hour in lab. There has been no report and it's already 10 hours.
2. We repeatedly called the person who came for at home collection, to listen the same one more hour. At last he gave a bar code number to be put in the application. There has been no report over there.
3. We made a call regarding this and all he said we have given the number to you. What good use the number is for when the report has not been uploaded. Mind you I can't take the medicines till I consult my respective doctor for reports and I am under great stress since morning.
4. On further asking the concerned person started telling about how Dr Lal paths have been the number one company and share market value they hold. Still wondering what a patient has to do with any company's share market.
5. He further misbehaved with us and told next time go to Vijaya diagnostic if you have so much issues.
I am sure the concerned person hold zero manners and etiquette so we only apologized that it's our fault, we trusted you.
Please don't waste your valuable time on such people who have zero empathy and manners to communicate and deliver the service.
