Dr Madhavi mam is an exceptional hair and skin specialist. I've had the pleasure of being under her care, and the results have been outstanding. I took PRP treatment. Had worst experience today with the clinic and the Dr. I would highly suggest not to go to her. It's complete commercial drama and you will be trapped. She is too much money minded and doesn't care about the patients. I really had very bad experience and will never recommend the Dr. There staff will not give you complete information. I knew your will make sure to reply me like how you replied to any review feedback which was negative and will not accept the mistake happened at your end.
1. It is not unknown app. It is Visit app and if you are not associated why your staff accepted booking. Why you have tied up with Visit app? To get more customers right?
2. I didn't knew about 100 rupee difference your staff made me sit for half an hr and then they have informed me instead of informing at my arrival. Meanwhile they were calling Visit app customer care waisting my time.
3. It was your mistake that you have not updated about the fee increment to Visit app.
4. If 100 ruppee doesn't matter why you have not asked your staff to see me when 600 rupees was already paid to you.
5. My contact number was given on the booking confirmation and your staff lied that they didn't have my number.
6. As you said you are not associated with visit app properly i am checking with them so that they can remove your name from the list so in future you will not face this problem.
7. If you were so good you should have asked and seen me as an exception because it was your mistake of not updating fee at visit app.
My daughter is suffering from dandruff tried many shampoos but it didn't budge. When I heard about this clinic tried it out after a month no more dandruff.

We registered Appointment in online & also will call to reception & book a slot at 7.30pm, but we have to wait upto 8.50pm for our turn, They staff answering that first come & first serve, She gave me the token & "ll wait, then what is the point of taking an Appointment.
Last week will call to the hospital number for Appointment, it's keep on busy for a hour & they dint respond at all.
The hospital space was too small, so, better "ll focus on Appointment schedule.
Time is more valuable than money, So please respect our Time.

If you are busy persons better visit week days, weekend was too busy.
I visited for acne which I am facing since 2014 i have visited many skin clinics before but treatments were just temporary but Dr Madhavi mam priscription was amazing although it takes some time to get rid of acne but i got 100% results it took 3 months for me to completely recover from acne. So i would suggest you guys to be patient.

Exact diagnosis happened of my itching scalp and I was told the reason also very well, i.e using harmful colour with chemicals to colour my hair since past some days. The suggested prescription has cured the identified disease psoriasis within 10 days and I still have the medicine remaining with me. Thanks to the whole staff and none the less, Dr. Madhavi Pudi garu. I had been her patient for melasma from past 5 yrs and I did not change my doctor for skin and hair from then onwards. Though the consultation fee was increased 100 rs more, I felt value for money. I had even seen her dedication, self ownership and commitment when there is no staff for blood tests, she herself did the part of work, taking blood samples herself. I had fungal infection and had red burning rashes all over my body i visited so my doctors everyone told me its psoriasis its not treatable but just by seeing the rashes she said its not psoriasis its just fungal infection and within few weeks its totally gone.

Consulted Dr. Madhavi Pudi due to my hair fall issues. And I think I’m good enough to write a review here regarding the results which I’ve got. Firstly she educates you regarding your problem which you are facing. And I followed the diet plans and the medicines which were mentioned in the prescription. To be honest my 70% of hair fall has been stopped. I wouldn’t say it has completely stopped maybe because it’s just 4-5 weeks since I have consulted her. It definitely takes some more time to get the results which I expect. The results are decent in my opinion. Rating it 4/5 just because the waiting time at the clinic.even after taking the appointment you may wait. (4/5) There’s always something to get improved. Anyways I may write a another review after the next visit i.e after a month. Thank you Dr. Madhavi.
I have visited Dr. Madhavi garu due to hair loss, my hair was very thin and scalp was visible. After visiting Madhavi mam's clinic, gradually hair fall reduced and hair density improved significantly. After 3 sessions of PRP hair density and quality improved very much. I have visited twice. My severity of itching was not reduced even after using her prescribed medicine for four days. When I was telling her about this she was unable to take it and in middle of my sentence she started yelling at me. I don't her like attitude. Being empathetic to the patients is first and fore most important quality of a doctor. Thank God I visited some other great doctor (unlike her) issue got resolved in 2 days. Plz never visit

Consulted this doctor 4 times for severe dandruff I have been suffering since many years. This doctor diagnosed it wrongly as seborrheic dermatitis when infact it is psoriasis. She didn't even examine my scalp for 10s properly on every visit. In the first visit she gave me false hope that it will be cured in 6 weeks and then in 4th visit she said that it is due to young age and I have to keep using those medicines and keep visiting her clinic for many years. Got it treated later from another good doctor.

I visited the clinic long ago, for hairfall and scars. If you have any social anxiety, just don't visit this place, she'll explain the issue and prescribe the treatment, but there won't be enough space for you to express your difficulties and issues with your skin. I wrote a review on practo addressing my issue about the interaction, but she replied saying that I was expecting 100% result, which she couldn't promise, so I ended up hating the doctor and the clinic. I DID NOT EXPECT A 100% RESULT. I had an issue with your interaction. Nothing else.

Very irresponsible behavior by the receptionist Madhuri. I asked for my old precription photo of 2018, which they will maintain for every patient in their computer. As a customer she should share that to me but she is asking to take appointment agian for 600rs. I told i am not in hyderabad and again she is asking to take online appointment. According to my opinion this is a very very money minded place i experienced this in my earlier visits also. Its my right to ask my prescription thre might be multiple reasons for that may be taking diagnosis in another hospital. The new doctor might have asking old medicine details.

I reached Dr. Madhavi with serious hair fall problem. Doctor mentioned that hair fall would get controlled in 3 months and yes, it did!
