Gym consists of all imported items which is a good sign and trainer is certified and very good at transformation challenges & moreover he is a doctor.

Proper equipment, proper form and proper diet. The combination of these three makes a person healthy and fit is what I learnt from the trainer. Lucky to get a trainer who got the proper knowledge on customisation of these three for each individual.
Glad to get a well equipped gym with encouraging environment, flexible timings for any working professional and peaceful surrounding to gain morning energy through workout.
