For more than 15 years, my wife had lung disease. She received numerous treatments, but while she experienced momentary relief, the infection in her lungs continued to worsen. My mother was severely impacted by Covid-19, when she was infected by the virus in the 2nd wave (Arpil 2021). Since then, she has consulted multiple pulmonologists in Bhimavaram and even got admitted to a hospital in Vijayawada, where she was diagnosed with severe ILD with around 70% lung capacity involved (was dubbed terminal). She had extreme difficulty breathing (Shortness of breath) and severe cough and was completely bed ridden. Do not recommend this doctor at all, I had taken a video consultation and he disconnected the call in 1-2 mins without explaining anything. We took appointment at 11 Am and we got call at 5Pm. Total time was wasted taking follow up. Doctor was extremely rude and did not explained anything at all.

I was tested COVID positive and even after getting COVID negative within 10 days my breathing was still worse. Then my familiy took a wise desition to get me admitted to CONTINENTAL HOSPITAL where primary diagnostics revealed 80% of the lungs got infected, covid pneumonia with pulmonary thrombosis. I feel blessed as I was personally treated by Dr Nishanth Sinha. I was on ventilator for 4 days and was in ICU for a week and later discharged after recovery. But after few weeks we noticed sound while breathing and visited doctor. Sir had advised broncoscopy and later it was revealed that the airway passage was narrowed. Doctor took initiative and performed balloon dilation and advised further treatment plan.

I have been admitted in Continental Hospital @ Hyderabad due to Covid Pneumonia. It was a worst time for me that I went on ventilator for about 8 days during second wave of Covid 19 in the month of April 2021.
