Dr. Ravulu Phani is a well experienced doctor, I had a very good experience went for hernia surgery and things went fine, he is a very good listener and explains the problem very well, he is one of those doctors who doesn’t scare you instead always gives comfort, the most I liked was he is soft spoken and always answers with smile so we as a patient get very comfortable naturally.

The overall experience at Pace was great. I surprisingly got an appointment with Dr. Phani Krishna on the same day! The check in process did not take long and I did not have to wait long for my consultation. His staff - especially Mr. Murali was very helpful. Dr. Phani was patient, understanding and asked key questions. He took time to read the notes I made about my symptoms. He was transparent about the diagnosis and the tests he prescribed. My follow up after a few days was also thorough and he took time to explain the entire scenario. The medicines he prescribed seem to be already working. His calm and welcoming demeanor helped ease my nerves.

The Endoscopy team were efficient and thorough and managed the waiting room very well. There is a very helpful lady/ team at the ultra sound department as well. Most tests are available within 30 minutes so that was really helpful. Every staff member is very helpful and very efficient.

I personally liked the explanation of the surgery before hand as it was very detailed and note worthy, Dr phani krishnas explanation was very clear and cut to the chase and even after the surgery the checkup and assistance with further issues was helpful and really awesome.
