All roads in Hyderabad for the best neurosurgeon finally ended for us with Dr Rajasekhar Reddy garu for my wife's neuro issue. We met multiple neurosurgeons in Hyderabad and most of them are top doctors in top multi speciality hospitals but we were not convinced with consultation and treatment options suggested by them so we kept on moving. When we finally met Dr Rajashekar, we were kept at so ease that no other doctor took enough time to patiently explain what is her problem from the roots as Dr Rajasekhar garu did. He explained by drawing sketches in layman terms so that we could understand, he answered patiently and importantly always with a smile both silly, complex and repetitive queries that we pose to him. My father is not able to walk properly, so we consult Dr raja sekhar reddy sir he suggested MRI then he explained the situation, and condition he is present and what might be future course to help him out from current situation. Sir suggested we try physiotherapy there is a chance to correct the current situation and further not to deteriorate. The treatment and care I received from Dr Rajasekar Reddy garu for a Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA), or mini stroke of the brain is excellent and timely, which saved me from the risk of paralysis. A few months back I had having sudden loss of control (stroke) on my left hand lasting for 40 seconds to one minute, as suggested by the doctor I had an MRI done which showed no signs of abnormality and the report was absolutely normal. The same day Dr. Rajasekar prescribed some medicines for me and gave great advice and also guided me with healthy routines of life. The treatment and care I received from Dr Rajasekar Reddy K and his team of doctors, Dr G V Subbaiah Chowdhary and Dr Raja Challapalli for brain clot associated with RIND (reversible ischemic neuro deficiency, mini stroke) is excellent and timely which saved me from the risk of paralysis. A month back I was having sudden loss of strength (stroke) multiple times on right side of my body which lasted for 20 seconds to few minutes, as suggested by the doctor I have got an MRI done which showed no signs of abnormality and the report was absolutely normal. Next day I was waiting in Yashoda OPD and that’s when I have got another stroke which was stronger than before, quickly Yashoda team has shifted me to ER and then it was Dr Rajasekar’s timely decision to get a second MRI which showed an acute clot in the brain and hemolysis was done quickly and carefully monitored throughout the time for the adverse effects. If not for the second MRI my situation would have had a toll. I say, it is very important to let the doctors decide for your wellbeing and trust them with your life.
Quickly after discharge I was able to get back to normal and do my works with ease and all the risks and healthcare were explained in detail.

My mother initially sought help for behavioral issues and continued medications from a different doctor until was later diagnosed with a large sizable meningioma compressing brain and its functions associated with it. It was already reaching a quite big size of 6 cms and removing it was a difficult task. While I regret not identifying it earlier by going with MRI Brain, I'm grateful that it was successfully removed by Almighty God's grace and genuine efforts of Dr Rajasekhar Reddy.
I share this story to raise awareness that meningiomas, though risky, can be safely removed if they are removed by Doctors with capable hands. The key take away is to consider a Brain MRI when faced with behavioral disturbances to address potential issues early. We should not feel that MRI Scans are just a way to generate income rather they can be life saving many a times.
In summary, if someone experiences behavioral changes like slurred speech, memory loss, or apathy, feeling lost or withdrawn it's wise to consult a Neurosurgeon and consider a CT Scan.
