My nephew 4years old accidentally inserted a pencil into his ear, resulting in the broken nib getting lodged inside. Dr. Niloufer Nahid's swift action, professionalism, and reassuring demeanor were truly commendable. She handled the situation with utmost care, skillfully removing the nib and ensuring my nephew's comfort throughout the procedure. Her expertise and calm approach in such a distressing situation were truly reassuring. Thank you, Dr. Niloufer Nahid, for your excellent care. We are immensely grateful for your remarkable service.

My daughter had very tiny cotton ball stuck very deep in her ear, Dr Nilofer was very patient and listened to her and calmed her down before treating her

We regularly visit Dr Rao's ENT Manikonda Branch. Dr Niloufer Mam is very nice, highly qualified, very polite, listens to the problems very patiently and then suggests treatment accordingly. Even the staff team is also very nice, polite and helpful. Clinic is always absolutely neat, clean and fully hygenic.

Excellent treatment, explained very well with neat diagram, very impressive, yes medicines little high cost, but that's ok result is too good after using medicines fastly, that is more important.very well satisfied with treatment thank Dr Nilofar mam.

Hospital treatment worst performance. They given treatment after that I got fungal infection in ear. They don't know diagnosis.

Worst experience! Doctor did wrong diagnosis for me. It was fungal infection in ear but she gave high dose antibiotics 500mg (costly medicines worth 700₹). Total medicines costed 1500₹ but problem did not solve for a week and I had to go to other doctor for treatment. Pls don't go to this hospital.

Been there for sore throat. Ended up spending 1500 included consultation fees. Definitely expensive medicines. One can visit if there is no 2nd option

Visited hospital when I was suffering with ear pain. Dr Nilofar has diagnosed the problem and suggested treatment. I see good improvement within a week time. And total staff treat very well explained each and evry thing Totally satisfied with the treatment.

I went to Dr. Rao's ENT clinic for after effects of cold. To cure cold, i was given 7 medicines worth Rs. 1400. Apart from that the pharmacy guy by mistake kept 2 extra medicines. When we went to confront that how can you keep wrong medicines which doctor has not prescribed. He told sorry and there is nothing to worry about. No other person in the hospital came to clarify the issue. Everyone was doing their work as if nothing has happened. I would not recommend this hospital at all.

I have visited Dr Rao for severe swelling and pain below my ear lobes. Dr Nilofar Nahid maam diagnosed and treated me very appropriately and the inflammation reduced effectively and faster.

I would definitely recommend Dr Nilofar Nahid maam for any emergency related to ENT.

I come here for nose treatment.very well maintain clinic nd very clean.staffs are very polite to patients nd soft spoken specialy Dr. Neloffar mam nd sister are very kind to the patient.

Am surprised to see good reviews about Dr. Niloufer, she is rude, and uses costly medicines with absolutely no effect. Being a doctor, the gauge cloth that she used for applying ointment fell down on the ground, despite that she has taken the same gauge and inserted into the ear, which is actually sensitive. Absolutely no use, wont recommend her to anybody. They charge heavily for unnecessary tests.
