My husband has got his sinusitis surgery done here. Everything starting from diagnosis, consultation, testing, pre and post op work was handled the most professional way possible with that human touch as Dr. GVS Rao garu says. We have had an excellent seemless experience that was made possible by our coordinator dhanalakshmi garu. Hats off to her dedication who have taken care of complete work as if like her own family. She have saved lots of time and hardwork which one has to go through in another so called corporate hospitals. Tq for everything maam.
Only thing that needs slight improvisation is giving live updates on the in patient's status to the attendents

Good customer centric support from doctors and staff but management but need to focus on delegating more responsibilities to patient coordinators also hospital diagnostic expenses should pocket friendly and cost effective for patients.

I just had an surgery for nose.it was very good experience wth well knowledged doctors wth lots of care n affection.i never felt any problem wth hospital staff, they r cool n obedient.i felt like I was completely cured wth doctors guidance. And most importantly the charges are really reasonable compared to other hospitals either in surgery or financially or ethically. I can suggest abt this hospital for ent. Dr shree mam is amazing. She is very pleasant and caring. She immediately identified issue for my daughter and removed foreign object. My daughter is sleeping happily now. Thanks mam for all the care and support. 2 years back she also gave medicine to my daughter’s adenoids issue and her snoring got reduced. Happy with the treatment

Typical exploiting corporate hospital. All they care about is how much money they can make from each patient.
Dr. Rao’s appointment will be treated like you are visiting nation’s prime minister or god himself. From the point you enter the hospital, it’s so corporate, so hyped up for nothing.
Now coming to Dr. Rao - he won’t even listen to the issue, he will ask for scan report which you have to get it done only inside the hospital which will cost you 3000/-, in any other diagnostics in same area, same scan will cost you 1500/-. Doctor will explain the issue, just his side of it for less than 2 minutes and then he will pass it to his assistant to check. There will be 3 intern docs inside his cabin, it’s like you are the test subject. Dr. Rao sir might be so top ranked, would have taken awards whatever but to any common patient he is useless. This hospital stands as classic example of emerging corporate system and its exploitation.

This hospital has been referred by my Nephew, Dr. MALLAREDDY RAVI, Superintendent, Medicover Hospitals, Karimnagar. Beginning with consultation till discharge post surgery, the treatment given by Doctor RAO sir is exemplary. All staff members are very supportive. Especially Patient co ordinater, Mrs. SANDHYA, guided us all the way. It's one of the best ENT hospitals in Hyderabad.
Not good treatment no useful and money minded hospital they will suggest only ct scan and more tablets which are expensive. Instead of this go to Apollo

The entire process at Dr Rao's clinic at Hyderabad (KPHB) branch is very smooth. Dr Rao is so polite and great person. End to end process by entire unit is awesome. The inner ear surgery for my father was greatly handled by Dr Rao. The insurances are taken care smoothly and I got the cashless approval within very short span. Room services and food provided are also good.

Hai, I'm Dr. Raghavender Reddy. Recently visited Dr. Rao's ENT for a swelling in my neck. Dr. Sree was apt in her diagnosis and explained about the problem and the necessary treatment. It was sialolithiasis with sialedenitis of the left submandibular gland. The stones were pretty large in size and surgery was recommended. The hospital admission, lab work went on smooth. Surgery was uneventful and was discharged on post op day 2. I would definitely recommend Dr Sree and her team for any problems pertaining to ENT. She is very ethical in her practice and knows her subject well. Need to visit Dr. Sree for a post op follow up in a week.thanks Dr. Sree and team.

I was under DR Shree, where she has shown a great care and dedication towards solving the problems.i personally like the way she responded and showed concerns on me. Before this surgery even I had gone with other surgery of same problem but I didn't get similar treatment which I got from Dr shree madam. A very good multi speciality hospital for ENT. I had visited the kukatpally branch for my wife's Sinus related treatment. Dr GVS Rao explained us in detail on the problem and the solution. Dr GVS Rao is a very humble person and the way he explains the solution gives a lot of confidence. No proper Time plan, Minumum 3 hours is waiting period, i dont want comment treatment bcoz i have consulted dr rao's previously no issue. Reception staff is not Responding and damaging the hospital reputation.if we ask for consultaion every time 30 mints.please take some alternative action.

I have recently visited Dr. Rao's ENT super speciality hospital for my throat pain, cough and cold and consulted Dr. Shree c rao madam, and she heard clearly what I said and understood the situation and told that I need to have nose surgery as there is a bend in my nose, because of which I had hearing problem as well for that she had suggested to insert garmet in my ears, so after multiple discussion with my parents, I have joined the hospital under went different surgeries, now I am feeling very much comfortable.
Here every one in the hospital including sisters, staff, insurance people, house cleaning aayas and entire staff is so good and well responsive and took good care of me.
My special thanks to Dr. Shree madam, after inserting garmet in my ears, I could clearly hear everything now, before I thought whatever I was hearing that was the actual sound and now I clearly understand what it is to be hearing. I’ve visited for my mothers ear problem. This is the worstest experience i ever faced. Highly attitudinal doctor Dr. Rao.we have spent nearly 7k for test and paid 700 for his consultation. Trust me he don’t even have 1 min patience or time to talk to patients. They told us to undergo surgery which is nearly 2 lakhs. I’m not bothered about spending for health but doctor should atleast make patient understand the problem and its comply. I’m not sure about other doctors there! I strongly don’t recommend this doc.

Lot of waiting time even though they give you appointment. It took 5 hours exactly for us to come out of hospital. What is the use of giving an appointment then. 1 hour for consulation with junior doctor, 1 hour to get all tests done (CT and 3 others), 30 mins to get the reports, 2 hours finally to see Dr. Rao and 30mins to talk with Insurance department. For endoscopy they charged 2000rs (which is a basic instrument that should be with doctor to examine the ear, nose and throat). Dr. Rao don't even spend a quality time as the patients are more. He simply suggested 2 surgeries (Sinus and ear surgery to fill the hole) without giving any medication first which is a schoking for us. His assistants will explain the surgery procedure. 2 surgeries costs around 2.5 lakhs as per insurance department and only 60 to 80% will be covered for these type of surgeries. For a second opinion, consulted other reputed doctor. He is simply amazing. Gave the medication for 2 weeks and thats it, all set. Taken scan for satisfaction and went to doctor again after 1 month. There is no fuss in the ear and no sinus impressions in nose. My wife is healthy now and no ear problem. If you are suggested for any surgery, take a second opinion. Big hospitals needs a maintainance. For that they collect money from patients in the form of surgery.

My son underwent Nose & Ear surgeries. He completely recovered from nose surgery. Just done with ear surgery. Rao sir did an amazing job. Explained the problem and surgery procedures very well. Gave the required confidence. We are very much thankful to him. Covid precautions are strictly followed. Hospital staff is very polite, efficient and helpful. Never visit fully commerical they will start with 700 while exist it will 5k to 7k minimum and coming to doctor Roa, he doesn't have time for patient he spends less than 1 minutes to listen patient they ask peform nonsense tests.
Do not go with the positive comments they are paid mostly or friends and relatives and from staff.
He is not doctor but they are running a business.
And do not trust those medicines even that might be double our problem until we do surgery.
Insurance team scheduled operation with out getting proper approval from insurance TPA. ***If you plan for cash less insurance please don't schedule the surgery until you get full/eligible amount approved for the surgery ***. Today i had very bad experience and disappointed with the insurance.
Every thing with the hospital is to our expectations. But my advise with this hospital is we should be very careful with the Insurance team. Please don't give them a choice to choose which insurance you should go with. We had a very very bad experience with SBI insurance and with their insurance team.

I went hospital for hearing loss problem. Dr rao sir told me go for sinus surgery.it will help to improve some what hearing ability. I had the surgery one week back.ok let us see how much progress will be going on.any way Dr rao sir treated me very politely.and done surgery successfully.and also he is very experienced Dr for ent.and hospital environment is good.inside maintaning very hygiene.staff and nurses treated politely.so I recommend every one go for your ent problems.
Worst management I have ever seen for a corporate style hospital. No respect for others time nor respect fot senior citizens.visit only if you are ready to spend your complete day here, do not forget to pack your lunch, and dinner.
Iam writing this review after getting deviated nose operated after 1year approximately, after surgery one side only they operated the other side of my nose is getting bloced recently, i observed my nose bone/muscle blockage after one month and informed them, but they said it will go away as time passes, but now iam paying for that my one nose airway passage is blocked completely now.
