Dr. Shiva Prasad is undoubtedly one of the finest doctors in Hyderabad – incredibly skilled, approachable, and friendly. Infact the best doctor I met, the nurses and staff are equally welcoming, making you feel your heart is truly in the best hands.

Last week, due to indigestion I got lite discomfort in upper abdominal.next day I had taken ECG and it's was abnormal ECG. So looking at 5star reviews I had choosen this hospital. The amount of fear they gave me.literally I got heart stock. After doing 2Echo and ECG. 2DEcho and other blood test was normal. But Doctor stil advised to go for Angiogram immediately, as he suspect that I have heart problem and the pain which I got was due to heart problem. I wanted to go for second opinion.hence I had returned to home without Angiogram.but that night entire my family had sleepless night. Next day I went Citizen Hospital. Cardiologist Dr. Sudheer.he checked me and my reports.and he said that It was due to gastric problem not an heart problem. But upon my request he did angiogram and report was normal.
Later he explained me the difference b/w chest pain due to heart issue and chest pain due to gastric problem.

He is humble, pays personal attention, care for the patients and dedication/passion on profession. I have observed that he keeps personal care on every patient, listens to patients/attendants, importantly available personally to the in-Patients in the Hospital. His staff also very polite and helpful. Hospital is fully hygiene and well equipped with necessary infrastructure. I am thankful to the doctor for his support.

Great and trustable doctor. I had consulted him first time when I had an abnormal heart rate. The way he treated and prepared me after the angiogram result is very nice. He treats the patient with lot of care and at the same time shares the truth about situation without panicking the patient. I am always going to him for regular consultation.
