Very poor management skills by hospital. Took appointment a day before and they told me to come at 12pm following day, and when I went there, they told to wait for 2 hours. What's the point of taking an appointment then? You could directly tell that first come first serve basis. I took half day leave for visiting the doc and it got wasted. Request the doc to move to a separate clinic or another hospital or limit the no.of appointments. I had visited doc couple of years ago in LB nagar clinic for GERD and had good result, but later he moved to pioneer hospital and because of pioneer hospital money minded management, his reputation is coming down. Better realise this before it's late.
Dr. Vamshidhar Reddy sir will listen our problem with patience, Will ask couple questions related our problem, based on our reply he will diagnose our issue through couple tests and will start our treatment based on the test results. It's simple and clean process, The way doctor speaks will definitely know the problem we are facing will be treated. My brother was having liver abscess, In mumbai they didn’t check properly and kept for a 10 days. They looted money. Afterwards they transferred to govt hospital this is how they do in hospital. Need to improve timings, I took appointment for 6pm after reaching their staff says dey give appointment for evryone at 6, so Wat the point of giving appointment if dey don’t follow time, and hospital doesn’t have facilities for waiting, hope dey consider it and change.

Worst experience with management.no time sense.they don’t manage queue as well. I have seen few patients leaving hospital with same reason.then I have faced same situation finally I registered paid fee and came back home without seeing doctor. I suggest not to visit pioneer hospital. I cannot review doc as I did not meet him.

I had an appointment at 3 pm but I was told the doctor went for lunch and will be back by 3: 30 pm. At 3: 40, I was told it would take 30 more minutes. Please be respectful towards patients time. I did not meet the doctor yet so cannot comment.
Adding this after doctors response below. I have contacted doctors office again on the next day and was told the doctor is out of station and will be back on Tuesday (26th April) which is absolutely fine. Called again on Tuesday and was told the doctor is coming on Wednesday (27th) at 10: 30 am which is fine. Called on Wednesday (27th) morning to make sure I can come at 10: 30 am but was told to come at 11: 00 am. Reached the hospital at 11: 00 am and was told the waiting time is one hour. Not sure what is the point of taking an appointment and waiting for an hour.

I CONSULTED THIS DOCTOR FOR STOMACH PAIN, HE SUGGESTED CT SCAN. I HAVE DONE CT SCAN. AFTER THAT HE SAW ONLY RADIOLOGIST REPORT AND SAID THERE IS NOTHING TO TREAT. Most of the times doctor will not available in his Clinic. He will be available in yashoda hospital, but we have to wait 2 to 3 hours to meet him even if we already taken prior appointment. And the treatment is also not good.
My daughter have had visiting doc vamshidhar from march 2019. Totally 12 visits, each one for every 2 weeks. She had major issue with esophagus and pylorus; with previous stay and endoscopy tests done at hopistal was able to get this resolved by dilatation process held by doc vamshidhar.
