Management is very disorganised and have taken for granted attitude. I have been given 11AM appointment but waiting (standing mostly) to be called event after 1hr 15mins. No intimation/explanation. For such a big establishment I expect better professionalism and adherence to appointment times.

For benefit of others - Assume your waut time will be 1.5hr atleast and plan your visit.

The doctors are good and experineced.

Token system could be imorproved with more trsnsparancy

Billing counter history taking to much time more than two hours it’s too much yesterday we reached your hospital 12pm back to home by 6 pm

Best hospital for surgery iam feeling very better now excellent service by Dr Deendayal sir and team

Had my daughter's surgery with Dr Deenadayal sir. She is feeling perfectly fine and going through recuperation.

Not recommended at all. Highly priced. Doctor recommend multiple injections and the injecting and bed are very high (Rs 250 + 750). At every point right from billing which is Rs 1500 and injections administering charged which is Rs 1000 per injections they are looking to make money. The doctor are biased to advice such kind of treatment rather than oral tablets. Be guarded against such practices.

Dr Deendayal garu is not there at the time of my visit may be busy.the hospital is running in the name of Deen Dayal Garu and general non popular junior ent specialist are treating.unnecessarily promoting further investigations this is my opinion A doctor has to minimize expence for consultants.

WARNING: This info is for all patients who are going to visit this clinic. When i called them they told me that the first time charge is Rs 1350 which also includes Rs500 (for some test). I told them that I already have the reports so there is no need to again go for the test. Then the lady started explaining me that it is required by doctor. I told her that let the doctor decide after seeing my reports which is just 10 days old but she didn’t agree. This clinic is sucking Rs 500 from every patient just for fun. Those patients who already have the reports then there is no need to pay Rs 500. After doctor consultation if required any patient will pay for Rs 500. STOP looting patients on the name of some test.

I have been paid without any treatment. And now they are calling me and forcing me to delete the review. To be honest this is the worst clinic i have ever visited. I would recommend army and airforce candidates if you are going for your medical. Just don't go in this clinic for your check up otherwise you will regret and might get point in it so go somewhere else

I had salivary gland duct stone formation. I wished foe 10 years with thus problem. But after I met Deandayal sir, I didn't think to get it done or not. That's what sirs experience was giving me the confidence. After the surgery I feeling vgood

I have recently undergone a nose surgery and now I am living my life like a legend the whole credit goes to Dr Deendayal sir the no1 ENT specialist in all over india. If someone ask me for a best ENT doctor then the 1st doctor who come to my mind is Dr Deendayal sir. We had a very good experience with Dr. Deenadayal Sir. Sir has done ENT Surgery for my father aged about 70 years. The overall experience that we had through out the surgery including pre and post consultations were very good. We were properly guided through out the entire process of treatment.
