We have been associated with Dr. MALLENA's Dental since last 3 decades the first was when I accompanied by grand mother as a kid, to my mist recent visit to take my kid for some milk tooth problems. I did some research to find a good Dentist and found a couple if doctors but wasn't sure who to consult. I messaged Dr. Mallena's Dental for an appointment and the rest was so seamless. Personalised appointment scheduling via whatsapp, with driving directions to the facility. Once - in, all my apprehensions of visiting a dentist vanished, The doctor explained the reason for my gum problem, it's root cause and educated me not to worry on my bleeding gums but gave me instructions on how to make them healthy, believe me he did not prescribe a single tablet but I just had to follow his instructions on gum exercises. Best part is he would review the changes after a week and give instructions to correct where we have problems.i feel we may need to be patient and follow the simple instructions and exercises and now I feel my gums are really strong after a month of my first visit. No medicines, No painful procedures. I feel it is an awesome way to treat my long standing bleeding gums.
My experience with Dr. Mallena was the best. I had a cavity which had a difficult filling and always used to fell off. Finally Dr. Charan was able to fix it permanently. He also identified other small cavities and fixed them proactively. He has been my family doctor since then. The hospital is clean and the doctor will put you at ease for any complex procedures. I highly recommend him for all dental needs.

Shyam is very experienced doctor, he is a very friendly person in nature. Comming to the treatment I was left no option but only RCT by few other dentist, but Shyam after thorough examination concluded that RCT was not required and cured my problem by few medicine only. I highly recommend him.

We took my Mother-in-law to Dr. Charan S Mallena for a tooth extraction. She had sustained a dental injury during a fall a few years ago, which left her with broken tooth pieces stuck inside her gum.
Tooth extraction, especially for a 70 year old person who has a lot of medical conditions already and has been through multiple surgeries, can still be a daunting and nerve wracking experience. However, Dr. Mallena was very confident and patient with her. He explained everything in detail beforehand and helped calm her nerves. The procedure went smoothly and there were absolutely no post-op issues.

I am taking any dental treatment from Dr Mallena's Dental hospital for more than 15 years. Treatment is good and reasonable in price. Doctor doesn't give unnecessary treatment. One time when this doctor not available, I took my son to another hospital for tooth pain. Without much examination, they told that they need to do root canal treatment. I didn't go with that and waited for this doctor and showed him. This doctor suggested an ointment which solved the problem. Also Dr Mallena, gives good advice to keep teeth healthy. I always suggest Dr. Mallena's hospital
One of the best experience that I ever had was meeting Dr. Mallena. He insists on treating Teeth & Gums in a more natural way than i have ever thought. He does not believe in prescribing more/unwanted medicine.very friendly and assure the patient of good treatment.
I had a long pending teeth problem of bleeding gums and I visited many dentists before, and each time they would do some cleaning and problem subsides for time being and it was appearing again after a few months,
I went to Dr. Mallena and asked for my teeth cleaning but he took the pain of explaining me the problem i am facing and that he will decide on the treatment and asked me to explain my version of the problem.
I explained that there was occasional bleeding from gums and sometimes my friends told me that I had bad breadth,
He did a full diet counselling followed by oral hygiene instructions and asked me to come back after a week after I corrected my dietary habits and brushing technique.
He then re-evaluated my condition and then did his part of the cleaning followed by couple of visits to see if i was enabled to take care of my oral hygiene myself.

Dr. Charan S Mallena is a very passionate dental surgeon and with his years of experience tries to patiently understand our problem and then identify the root cause of the issue and explain the issue to us in simple terms. This gives us a lot of confidence that the doctor is fully understood my concern and will definitely provide a good treatment. He then floats a couple of treatment options and explains in a detailed fashion the pros and cons of each option and this will give us a feeling of being engaged in selecting the treatment plan. Finally he patiently does the treatment as per the plan and most of the times these would be long term solutions which require our engagement for the successful treatment, so that the problem does not re occur! I visited many dentists before and finally realized that his approach is the best! ALL the best Sir!

Dr. Charan has a lot of patience to listen to all our concerns and propose at least couple of options, keeping in mind the time and cost of the procedure. He is always available on Phone/WhatsApp.

Dr. Mallena's Dental Hospital has been taking care of all my families dental needs for past many years, Initially I brought my grand-father who was unable to eat properly due to many missing tooth, which Dr. Charan educated us that there were still pieces of roots present inside and these were leading to problems on and off. He was also very reluctant / afraid to get any of these removed. So that doctor again took the pain of explaining and giving rationale to my grandfather who also had BP/Sugar and Heart problem that he is there to take care of any problem and he is completely responsible for the treatment. Also the doctor had to convince my father and his brothers who also felt that it is better to avoid surgical procedures for my grandfather and the doctor had to take all of them into his confidence, and at that point i too felt we may stop exploring further dental treatment for my grandfather, but after a couple of visits my grandfather started to build confidence and ultimately got all his bad tooth removed and later got a Dentures build for himself. When my grandfather got his dentures it took around a week for him to get adjusted and then he started to use his dentures for eating, not only him but now all my family has so much trust in Dr. Charan’s capabilities! I have seen a lot of improvement in my grandfather's health since then and not only that he is more confident than before when talking to of his friends and family His diet has improved a lot and he is now confident to eat and digest much better than before. We owe the time and effort Dr. Charan has spent to gain confidence of my grandfather who was not very optimistic to begin with and now would not be willing to see any other dentist other that Dr. Charan
