Trying to connect with the customer support but the call is getting disconnected and no one even called me back till now, worst service.

As a company taking services of ekincare is what we regrett and not a pleasent experience. Their assigned customer service manager will not respond to calls or resolve any concerns we have. I suggest to lookout for alternative options in the market, instead of breaking heads after taking service from these guys.
