Hi I just received my order today date 10/23/23 I was very excited to open the package but when I open my package I am really very disappointed about my outfit first it's not same as pictures which one they have in there website and abou material also they use is really very cheap I spend more than US dollar 400 and wating for 2 and half months and they make it this kind of joke for me I message them and call them but they didn't reply me when I need to order the outfit they call me and reply me immediately but when i receive your outfit after I message them and call them they didn't receive my call and no reply also I thought I sent US dollar more than 400 for this outfit they will gave me as same as pictures but I am extremely disappointed

Prashant helped me out when there was an issue with DHL and import duty on couple of sarees I bought. The issue was solved in timely manner but what impressed me the most was Prashant's due diligence, perseverance and attentiveness to me as a customer. He kept in touch and kept me informed about what steps was he taking to solve the issues.
I'm really impressed by the customer service received at Elahe from Prashant. I have been dealing with lot of big designers from India due to our son's wedding in USA but people drop the ball all the time. Everyone says they are "connected with you" on what's app but no one takes time to read the previous text in the chain.
