Elbit Diagnostics

Elbit Diagnostics at Ayyappa Society is Very Good. Service and Maintenance is very Good. First Come First Service and the staff is really Helpful and Polite. Tests are done in Morning and Evening, However, Doctors for Consultation are available in Evening times after 5 pm per my experience. They also collect samples from Home. Report seems accurate and the Doctors are also good -provided very good consultation. Overall Elbit is very good and great services.

It was very quick and easy to get a call appointment from the receptionist for ultra sound and there was no waiting time 5-10 mins.
Good service and accurate report. Recommended for everyone

Very well maintained lab and quick reports service. Also, Deepa Madam has been very professional & proactive while interacting with clients. And test prices are relatively lesser compared with other labs in Madhapur. So, considering all these, I would rate 5/5.

Precise reports for all investigations. Good staff, especially Ms. Deepa puts in extra efforts to give quality service to the patients visiting Elbit diagnostics.

Had a very good experience, the staff is very cooperative. I was in contact with Mrs Deepa Mathur and she made it very easy for me to find all the tests I had to take. We went early around 7: 30AM and hardly had to spend any time waiting. They hire professionals for the tests, didn't experience any discomfort at all.

Doctor lavanya for scanning for pregnancy is good, nice explanation given.make patients comfortable.staff as supported very well and juniors doctors are good.

Very bad experience. It took 3 days to complete full body check up and they are unable to do all the tests mentioned in full body check up.

No Hygiene, Bathroom are not clean and Hygiene.

Needed the reports urgently. 26th Jan being public holiday they were closed after 3 PM. Deepa Mather helped me get the report after closure of the facility. Many thanks.

Very fast response. I wanted my tests to be done at doorstep and Ms. Deepa has assisted me very well and arranged a person and completed the job way before the expected the time. And reports were also received before the commited time. I would recommend for everyone to get your test done at Elbit

Yesterday we went for USG pregnancy scan there all the staffs are very co operative and polite and Dr are also very satisfied.thanx Elbit.

Please do not choose this Center, only one person receptionist talks politely, rest of the all staff unprofessional, no funtuality.no responsibility nothing.

No hygiene, worst bathrooms, No covid protocol followed, and the major part is never go for a health test package not all test available in this center. After paying the bills they directs to another center which is in Banjara hills.even there docter are not available on time.

Good service, All the staff arepolite and especially receptionist is too good in communication.

Unpleasant experience - choose a better diagnostic center or ask for Dr. Madhusree. I had been there for hsg test. Dr. Harita was in such a rush, she made the procedure even more painful. The results were not clear enough, even after repeating the procedure since it didn't push through in the first attempt. The images are so unclear and so is the report. Total time, money & pain wasted!

Most pathetic service.they make u wait 48 hours for a simple blood test. And They are absolutely unresponsive

Don't trust any positive reviews here. Always, even the simplest procedures are painful here. Very little regard given to patient comfort here. They treat patients like buffalos here.

I underwent hsg test here.befeore going to this diagnostic centre i read some of the reviews then i had lot of queries in my mind.bt the scenario is completely different for me.dr.madhu Sri has done the hsg test in a smooth manner.i never felt discomfort or pain during the procedure.coming to the reception there is no communication between them.they wl give irrelevant answers. I'm giving 5 star rating only for dr.madhu Sri.thank you so much doctor.

Very long waiting time. Staff has no clue what's going on. Keeps everyone waiting forever. Avoid and head elsewhere if you don't want to waste your day.

Very very pathetic diagnostic centre. Never go for this clinic, they don't know whom to contact with main brach. VERY VERY BAD CLINIC

One should know how to handle this center always any one machine is not working for health check packages - utter waste service

Extremely disappointing. One should opt for for a different centre rather than getting the tests done here. They keep patient waiting for hours. The doctors are never on time. Apparently, they do not care how critical the situation is.
Pathetic staff service. They would demean you in every way possible.

All the reviews are correct for this place.
No proper management, we are waiting since 10AM. It's been 3 hours but no update when our turn will come.

Worst diagnostic lab. They will not provide appointment on phone and ask the patients to come before 9: 30 AM else their test won't be done on that day. The doctor will come only after 11AM and that too after multiple reminder calls. Try some other labs

Joke of a place. They keep everyone waiting forever. None of the staff has any clue what's happening. Avoid and head elsewhere if you can

After getting lots of not available answer's from other diagnostics finally all tests are done in elbit - Good service provided

Pathetic place. When we went to enquire about the tests they asked us to come nxt day morning and said it will all be done and we would get the reports too in 1hr. But nxt day when we went there nobody was available till 10 o'clock to take the test and the lady at the counter was in a hurry for us to pay for the tests. She made us pay and then informed doctor is not yet in so we cannot take the test now you have to wait and reports too we will get nxt day evening. Total cut throats and unprofessionals. Spare yourself the horror and do not visit

Waste diagnostic in the city, very bad experience three times. Went for ECG but not working, X-ray technician not available and echo cardiologist absent

They keep people waiting and wont take appointments even if we ask. They say its walkin and makes us wait.
