A very nicely crafted hotel which can be a best option for official as well as vacation stay. Very kind staff and great service is an added advantage.

We still not get any visit of the Hotel, as per seen in the Hotel in online providing preecious services to the Customers

It was a good place to stay and the very pleasant service I got from them. I was very much cost effective.

I stayed at the Ellaa hotel. They don't allow food delivery inside and they charge 120 rs for an empty plate should we want a plate. Horrible charges and horrible excuses. Pathetic way of making people eat at their restaurant.

Excellent outdoor seating and food is excellent. Very good place for reception and small functions under 500 people good seating and dining area. Multiple seating area with excellent views. Rustic look and moderate ambience give the place a different kind of look.

At the outset, this is just a 3 star hotel at best. GOD only knows who has given this place a 5* rating in Yaatra. Staff and service boys are polite and that's the best thing about the Hotel. Rooms are big with limited facilities. No ironing board, no hand towels and even toiletries had to be demanded. Poor maintenance of rooms, leaking taps, water and ac issues at night especially. Parking in the open. Exorbitant price on food.

Worst management. They were very rude while we interacted and the rooms are untidy. Hygiene and customer satisfaction is the least priority for the management over there.

This was by far the worst experience that I had staying in a hotel that claims to provide a good stay and decent experience. I booked a room for 3 days and 4 nights at Ella from 10th Aug - 14th Aug 2021. I booked via Agoda, My Booking ID is 611670408. With such a horrific stay I shifted to a different hotel.
1. To start with they do not provide a bell boy to carry your luggage to the room.
2. The Hotel is dimly lit and nobody can make out where the front office is, there is no security personal at the entrance to check your temperature or to sanitize your hands, basically Covid protocol is blatantly ignored.
3. They have a seriously messed up Air conditioning I know a few guests were complaining including me.
4. The interior of the hotel, hygiene, sanitation, bath linen, everything is messy. The whole place is in shambles.
5. Plus the staff is not very friendly unless constantly after them nagging. After giving me a poor and unprofessional experience they did upgrade my room but there is nothing left for them to offer but just a room.
Please who ever is reading do not go here its a horrible hotel/Lodge to stay.

1. Basic necessities like a toothpaste should be kept in the room, & not making us ask for it.
2. The “Executive rooms” does have a tub which is basically useless because they don’t give you hot water.
3. Never had to pay 100+tax charges in any hotels for an empty plate.
4. If you cannot provide enough food options, online deliveries should be allowed so that your "customer" doesn't have to sleep hungry.

2. The AC doesn't work even after repeated complaints.
3. They WILL NOT provide you complimentary water unless you dont call them atleast 10 times.
4. The wifi will not work unless you call them 5 times.
5. No bell boy available to handle the luggage.
6. They will charge you for empty plate and will not allow outside food.
7. Housekeeping will not change the dirty bedsheet during the stay.
8. If you order something from their kitchen and you pay while the food is delivered to your room, you will have to call them repeatedly to get back the change.
Overall experience- Dont waste your money, look for some other alternatives in Gachibowli.

Ella hotel we stayed yesteday. First we will talk postivies. The Room we booked is Suite Room very big and spacious and really great and also the property is located in a very green peaceful location. Now Negatives are. They have a very Pathetic condition that Morning and evening Hot water timings are only 6: 30 - 9 are you guys serious in a 5 star peoperty there is a hot water condition like a small lodge or choultry and second is we did not sleep at all as there was a AC technical issue thorugh the hotel they said all 3 stations shut down from night 1 am to next day 4 pm problem was still there for a surprise. And the staff were okay not Good but They are Okay or Fine. Finally if you are okay with hot water conditions and other small maintenance issues like A bed in suite room so small. Then go ahead and book the room.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay, and better part of it was they upgraded to execute room, Staff was very courteous and polite.
Need to improve on bed and bath linen, expected to be stain free for reputed hotel like Ella.

Worst hotel. Smells worse than 3rd grade bar. Dirty interiors, dirty rooms, smelly lobby. Not clean. If you are making the reservation through make my trip then do please avoid as they rate it as 3.5 star. Counts stand the place or the smell for 5 mins.

We had booked the hotel for 4-5 days. It has good, spacious rooms and ok-ish breakfast. The good things ends there. The service is very poor, from housekeeping to room service. Staffs are though polite but not at all helpful. The hotel is located 600-700 meters inside the gate. That's one of the biggest problem and if u order something from outside u have to travel all the way to main road to pick it up. The hotel charges u for plates and cutlery. Not recommended if u are looking for good service. Recommended if u want a spacious room.

Worst experience and nightmare ever! Me and my husband booked Ella hotel for our stay in Hyderabad. During check-in the receptionist asked us "are you guys married? When did you marry? " We told her of course yes and then she looked at my ID and further kept asking "Did you not change your surname after your marriage? " I mean are you supposed to ask these kind of hilarious and mediaval questions to your guests in a four star hotel? I felt like saying "hey sorry we forgot to invite you to our wedding" and taking a print out of our marriage certificate, framing it and gifting it to her! Never coming back to this place again if the management keeps weirdos like that at their reception. I wish I could give negative star

It was family stay at this property, it was worth for peace and lush greenery around which makes it worth staying, Check-in was fine with upgraded room with nominal price, front desk Madhavi & Viplav made it fast and prompt, hotel needs renovation. F&B have limited options with good dine in restaurant ambience, I would recommend Executive Room for family/group travellers.

Experience was v bad. Ac was not working properly in conference room and libimg rooms as well. Towels were dirty n v old.no set-top box wd TV.
Only house keeping service were on time
Food was good (fish, egg, dal, roti, rice etc) but Mutton was nt good.
Hotel needs maintenance.

We had a very pathetic experience.
The food was so bad in taste and portion was very very less. We ordered chilli paneer and it tasted exactly like rubber.
They need to really work on the rates and quality.

1 star less because manager wasn't humble enough and dedicated to work. As I belong to hotel industry I suggest you to change your manager because he is first point of contact
