Not the hospital but, the people who are working here, both women, when we are asking how to claim insurance, they were very rude no patience, they were shouting at us, not responding peoperly, then whom should we ask for information when the patient is at emergency?

This Dispensary Dr. Is not coming regularly, every day we are waiting 20 to 25 patients and some time more also. We are waiting from 9 o'clock onwards and we are get the information at 11: 30 to 12 o'clock Today Dr. Is not coming, this is happening on daily basis. Please do needfull on this.
