Not at all like pictures in the site Old rooms uncomfortable beds with flat pillows dirty towels dirty bathroom Ac not working no restaurant only the location is good come on your own risk will never advice and never come back

Worst room i ever stayed. Windows not closed properly. Bed making sound old bed. No proper water facility. In the end there is also a RAT in the room. Kindly avoid this hotel. Except location no other positives. Read one negative review and still booked in the same hotel and now regretting for the choice. Family and couple should avoid this hotel. Doesn't even worth the single star. Don't trust customer service also they guaranteed for early check-in and at the hotel they said it's subject to availability.but when i called customer service and asked about this they cut the call while am speaking. It's better to choose hotel through direct contact number not through Fab.

Must visit place. It was very nice and the service was very nice. You can go with this hotel because it has a perfect location to visit. And we had a very good experience. Overall I can give this hotel a 5 star rating.

Except for Hotel location and clean old toilet everything else is below 2star hotel standard.

Bed - Very old n uncomfortable and clean.

Linen: were stained, but claimed to clean n washed, which I was not convinced hence had purchased my own bedsheet and blanket from market.

Bathroom: clean but old fixtures and NO hot water, got only 1 bucket hot water for 2adult n 1 kid for 2days stay.

Parking: Dirty n stinky, with lot of mice, high chances of vehicle damage by rodent, couple of our car wires were damaged had to struggle a lot while returning with few sensors not working properly in car n no proper emergency assistance on highway.

Neighborhood: it is located in Abid circle with options to eat n shop but the hotel is located above BAR n resturant

Property: 15 yrs old n not maintained properly

A/C: was good in one room n broken on other room.

Not happy with choice: (. Waste of money.

This is the best hotel in my experience.
The hotel owners are very friendly and helpful with their customers. The atmosphere of the hotel is very good. I would definitely like to go there again, I got the best service there and everyone in the hotel was nice, the cleanliness of the hotel was also very good, I would give this hotel 5 stars because you cannot get such good service anywhere else. One of the dreadful hotel experience, there is no hot water, rooms were not cleaned, stained bedsheets, unhygienic washrooms, worst room service, shady hotel. I recommend think wisely before booking rooms in this hotel

You might want to consider firing the fool who is sitting at the reception. Acting like he owns the hotel. He didn’t even bother to spit out the Gutka/pan masala he was chewing before talking to us. Made us wait for 30 mins because he couldn’t see the booking which we already had a confirmation mail for. Absolutely unprofessional.

Hotel is worst, No AC working condition, No geyser working. Just bluffing simply.waste of money.washroom door no lock, Doors are poor condition.

As per my experience it is good in all like rooms service, food service and location is too good of this hotel ️

Whatever the photos showed on the reviews or goibibo or even in the fav hotel app are not the same as the rooms are. Rooms are not spacious and hotel location where all the garbage is dumped in front of the hotel. Rooms are just not what I saw in the pics and so I cancelled my booking from fabhotel app. After this the manager called and asked that u shud have seen the room first and then booked. It's my mistake to book. Then why they listed in the app, they shud use the auto wallah commission system only. I would never recommend this worthless hotel to even my enemies. Also, warm water facility was not there and bathroom has no vents.

I have visited this place twice and must say one of the best place to spend quality time and services are very good.

Location wise hotel is ok just 2km from Kachiguda railway station. But problem is room. It's not at all good as like Fab hotel.

There is no restaurant at all. Walls are stained, no proper cleaning. We booked complimentary breakfast, they somehow arranged it from the local vendors, but they didn't offer the breakfast for 3 other days.

Worst experience as they had denied access to the hotel, once i reached the destination and rude behaviour one cannot imagine.

Old poorly maintained building, bedroom and washroom. Worn out, torn sheets. Location is but good.

I’m commenting this by late night 12am. No AC working and worst service with dirty pillow, bed spread and no pillow cover. No proper response. Still accommodating now due to late night happened now. Now we are in 203 & 204 room no with painful condition. Pathetic by paid 2200 per day for single room but not worth it.

We reached 30 mins early they were asking for extra money for already booked hotel.
Also high booking amount for such "ghatiya rooms".

Great rooms and hotel place is very good for shopping and staff were very polite specially the owner is friendly and good person and the complimentry breakfast is also good as they have specified.

8. I did not see Hygiene around the hotel during covid-19 apart from sanitiser

What I liked -

2. You will be giving 1 lit of water bottle (included)

4. Working staff is polite.

Overall I dont like the property though I have paid a good amount.

The hotel staff was not cooperative and the taxi provider at hotel is just like thief.he charged the double amount of which one is the driver cost and other one his commission and he also refused to provide the service.

The rooms were stinky. I did not have any breakfast. The bathrooms aren't luxurious as you expect. And you literally sink into the beds. Cushions of the beds are like that. Some may like it but I usually don't feel comfortable I like a denser foam to have good sleep.

The hotel is situated in conjusted lane. The hotel is very average with normal facilities. Prices are high as per there quality.

Very poor service, bad smelly room and bathroom. Terrible 2 nights (25/10/2019 to 27 /10/2019), jam doors, dirty bathroom, dirty buckets. Flush not working properly, staffs are soo rude, demanding extra charge for 30 min late checkout.
We face worst experience in hotels booking.
Don't ever book this hotel for family visits, otherwise you and your family will face terrible moments here like us.

Poor service and hygiene. Breakfast service extremely poor. Breakfast begins at 8.45 am when business travellers are leaving for work, so many guests miss it. Rooms are decent, location is also convenient.

I went to the hotel at night 2 and my checkout time was 11 so i said i will leave arround 11 30 12 he said ok but then morning he was like leave the room immediately and started abusing (bhai gaaliya dena mere bava tumarey se aacha sikhayye)

Comfy & clean big Room/Bed.nice bathroom, but no hot water after 10: 00am.that's really weird. I paid around 1000₹ for a night, but I didn't get hot water for my bath in cold rainy day. TV is just for show they don't have any premium, channels they have is way beyond boring.
I will never go back there nor will recommend to anyone.

I had bad time here, ac wasnt working really good, they provided extra mattress for 3rd person that also wasnt comfortable, not hygin place was not clean hotel at all, door bell was not working.i suffered for this things

Best hotel around the abids hyderabad. All hotel staff are polite and well behaved and helpful. In this area all people are good.
