The room is small and not clean. The bathroom is also small and the taps are not working properly. There is no room service at all. There is under ground parking with single row. If you park back side then you need to wait for all other cars to be removed which will take time. The hotel is located in middle of whole sale market which is always crowded. I am not satisfied at all with any of the service.
I have booked hotel fab mansingh, but hotel is horrible and rooms are very small it is not as shown in picture.very smelly. Definitely not good for family.
Rooms wer very dirty and there was flush problem in every room ac was not working location was not for family.it felt very high costing for dt kind of services
I checked in at 2000hrs and the next day I need to check out.so I requested them to allow me for 1-2 hrs. But they didn't allow me which was very rudely behaviour. Except that there is no facility for boiling of milk for babies.
Man sitting on reception is rude. Wen v entered at bout 10am. He did not welcome us in polite way. N started saying check in 12pm. He made us waiting inspite hotel was totally vacant.n later started arguing on room accuracy.don't book such pathetic hotel wer sch people are sitting on desk.
This property is a well known property, currently under renovation. Restaurant facility is under halt.overall sober behaviour from hotel staffs. Bathroom amenities needs to be addressed.
Geyser, Ac and Fan not working. Leaking taps, not clean rooms and linen. Very difficult to commute using ola, uber or local vehicles. Congested and busy lane. Not recommended.
It was not a good experience and will not recommend this hotel to any one. FabHotel branding was no where at entrance as shown in pics. I booked it through MMT where location was misleading as it showed in Abids where as it is in Begum bazar 2 km away from it. Location is not at all good as access road is not clean n full with whole sale market of kirana items with dirty smells all around. Staff not prompt and service needs alot of improvement. Restaurant closed and they bring breakfast from other hotels with fixed menu of dosa, idly Vada and upma (you have to choose any two). Pillow covers were dirty. I have to put a towel on it before sleeping. Rooms are not properly maintained. I booked suit room but it's standard room is better than suit room. Window glasses are dirty, broken tiles, water taps enveloped with hard water white residues. Geyser n exhaust not working. No dental, shaving utility kit.only soap/shampoo was there.
Beware. Fabhotel will book your room online and when you actually visit the hotel, receptionist will tell you that your booking not confirmed, online booking done by Fabhotel without confirmation of availability so we can't help. And you have to search for some other option in late hours with your family Location and Behaviour of staff is a disaster. They offer discount for giving good rating.
Overall ok.value for money.rooms need maintenance.looks like it used to be a luxury hotel at some point of time.decent support staff.good location.parking available for 4 wheeler
Worst experience ever. I booked a Executive room for Rs 4600 /- which was completely different from that in the images on website. The room was comparatively smaller than the rooms you can easily get in Hyderabad for around Rs. 700. So on the first day it's self I tried to reach you people through call, but while selecting second option in your IVR menu the call getting automatically disconnected. Tried atleast 15 times to get in touch with you. Worst experience. So I was forced to countinue to stay in this worst room for rust of the day because you weren't there to help. Following days in this room I founded somany issues like. 1. Toilet flush is not working 2. AC temperature is fixed to 18 degree. Which cannot be changed. (very difficult for me) 3. No wifi at all 4. No TV (TV is there, but no cable connection) 5. Bathroom class door in very dangerous condition that it could fall any time. 6. Room service at worst- No drinking water, no linen change, non responsive staff.etc: All this can be ignored if you were charging me 700/- per day. But for 4500 (for 2 days) rupees no one can justify these things. This was one of the worst experience in my life and won't recommend Fab hotel to anyone.
Worst experience i ever had. 1) Lights were broken 2) AC was leaking all over the wall. And stopped cooling suddenly. 3) no new towels were provided even aftef multiple request. 4) wall paper was torn. 5) Tv was not working.
Fab hotel customer service executive are of no use. Didn't helped with any changes in 3 days of my stay.
Rooms are good and neat. But can be improved slightly. Very poor service at the front desk. No respect for the guest. Shewing pan always while speaking to guest. Most disappointing part of staying is payment method during check out. They are accepting only cash or gpay. They don't have card swiping option. This seems to be too odd. I can't imagine going to hotel in this decade where there is no card payment.

The hotel is okay just for the location otherwise much better options are available at greater distance from market and other tourist activities Got it a bit pricier rate according to the services
What they are showing is myth So don't believe them One of the worst hotel I have booked in my entire life. The staff is Horrible with no respect even to the small children Fab chain is big fraud
