Hospitality are very nice here. Attenders are very professional and eager to help us. I will mention Sandip as the room service employee. He was very professional and talks like mine issue is his issue. Food were also nice compare to others hotel. Overall They are giving more than the worth.

My stay at the Fairfield Marriott in Hyderabad was a mix of positives and negatives, but unfortunately, the latter outweighed the former. The bright spot in my experience was the door staff, who were exceptional in their service and respectfulness, a true five-star treatment.
However, the management's approach was a major downside. Their frequent calls about payment were unprofessional and intrusive. My first impression was marred by the need to change rooms due to cleanliness issues, specifically a poorly maintained toilet.
Another concerning aspect was the general atmosphere. On one occasion, I encountered a guest with a companion that raised questions about the hotel's clientele, leading to uncomfortable situations, including my friends being misjudged.
Additionally, the service in the dining area was below par, with most of the waiters appearing to be in training. This lack of professionalism was surprising and unacceptable, especially considering the nightly rate exceeds 70 euros.
In summary, while some staff members were outstanding, the overall experience did not live up to the expected standards, particularly given the high cost. Guests should be aware of these issues before booking.

Front desk staff is so rude while talking on phone. Look like they don't care about costumers. No politeness at all. Want to book for today but after speaking decided not to book

Came here for a conference. It’s a very beautiful and an amazing property.
Rooms are spacious and the breakfast buffet spread is superb.
