Worst hospital ever visited.
Almost interchanged my grand daughter if i had not been alert. Never ever will recommend this to even my enemies.no proper maintenance, low quality of food! Never visit this hospital in any cause.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a pregnancy delivery at Femcity and we cannot express how grateful we are for the outstanding care we received from the doctors, nurses. From the moment we arrived until the delivery of our precious baby, everyone involved went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and well-being.

First and foremost, Dr Ruby was highly professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She took the time to address our concerns, answer all our questions, and explain every step of the process with utmost clarity. Her expertise and comforting demeanor brought us a sense of confidence, making the whole experience much less daunting.

The nurses (Specially Himani) here are truly a remarkable team who goes above and beyond to provide top-notch support and care to her patients. Throughout my interactions with them, I have been consistently impressed by their kindness, professionalism, and dedication.

Id like to say Himani's compassionate nature shines through in her interactions with patients as she put patients at ease, ensuring they feel comfortable and heard.

The management here was good as well and I have much to say about them really!

Admitted my wife for second pregnancy and took consultation from Dr Chinmayee. Madam understood the patient problems clearly and handled the surgery without any complications. Management is supportive and insurance process is also good. I will recommend this hospital.

One of the best hospital in Hyderabad. Dr Swapna handling our pregnancy is appreciate. She was a very prompt and attentive. After surgery pain management was very good. Nursing staff is good. Hospital environment is neat and clean. Patient friendly staff specially PRE Reshma Madam. Over all very good experience and having friendly nature with staff.

Have been consulting Dr. Nasreen ashfaq (gynaecologist) since my first pregnancy. Had great experience with both my c section deliveries. She is well experienced and humble Dr I've ever met.
And the hospital staff is helping as well. Rooms are well maintained. Overall a good experience consulting and staying here after delivery. I recommend a clear explanation of the package exclusions prior admission to avoid any misunderstanding during patient discharge. Furthermore, canteen must follow a discipline for food timings and taking orders.

I recently admitted to this hospital for a gynecology problem and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the experience.

Dr. Valluri Sowmya, my gynecologist, was incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic, and professional. She listened to my concerns patiently and provided me with excellent medical advice and treatment. I felt like I was in good hands and that my health was her top priority.

Apart from the doctor, the hospital staff were equally amazing. Reshma, who took care of me during my stay, was very attentive and caring. She made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

The hospital was very neat and tidy, which gave me confidence in the quality of care I was receiving. The professionalism of the hospital staff was also evident, with everyone being polite, courteous, and respectful.

The rooms were well-maintained, and I could tell that a lot of attention was paid to cleanliness and hygiene. The overall environment of the hospital was calm and soothing, which helped me relax and recover faster.

No AC, when asked they said “full on he hai sir” and for appointments they give sometime and after cmg to the hospital again we have to wait for more than 1 hour, very poor in maintaining the timing of the patients, scan area is full of men not sure why so much crowd is always thr, no place for pregnant women’s to sit near the scan area, No AC no fan near the scan area. Have seen patients sitting on steps to get thr scan done.
This is what Femcity hospital is giving to thr patients. Very poor service. They give appointments for too many patients but no proper arrangements for the crowd to sit.

The experience with femcity has been great.

We started consulting Dr. Nasreen Ashfaq for delivery from 7 months of pregnency and she went through previous report very throughly and continued consultation from there. She has been very supportive and encouraging for normal delivery and We are blessed with baby girl normal delivery.

All the duty doctors, Pediatrician and nurses are good.
Dr tayyab, Dr raafe, Dr jyoti and team explaind and helped us understand initially care for baby.

Femcity Management has been very supportive and humble specially shagufta madam and guided through detailed process all the time.

Rooms and common areas are clean and spacious and equipped for any emergency.

Floor PR reshma madam has been quick in responding for any queries and support.

It is a matter of deep sorrowful concerned that being getting feed back of sanctioned amount from the Bajaj Allianz representative (hand in glows) you are charging accordingly, it is against the discipline of hospitality services

Excellent support provided by Dr. Nasreen Ashfaq throughout my wife’s pregnancy. She always patiently listen and clear our queries and also provide extended support over calls/WhatsApp and Apart from this the staff also provide good service till we leave the hospital. I would like to thank all the staff members/ cleaning staff of the hospital who provide their support and excellent services to us and specially I would like to thank Reshma ma’am of ground floor and sister Qamar of 3rd floor who has been taken care of us very well.

I could have given -1 star or 0 star for management and process, Doctors are good but Hospital Management and process is worst, even after having appointment, they will make you to wait for atleast 3 to 4 hours every time you visit. And waiting time without appointment (walk-in) is horrible.

One of the worst management I have ever come across. The doctor's never arrive on time and the staff is very rude, had to wait 2 hours just for an OP consultation. The hospital management is least bothered about the patients, I would recommend any other hospital but not this!

It’s a very clean and well maintained hospital. It has polite staff and excellent medical care with great and compassionate doctors. I highly recommend this hospital to everyone who wants great and compassionate medical care.

Don't visit these hospital they will only accept emergency patients if u go for normal checkup they will make u sit for more then 1hr and not only that watchmen is also very rude he don't ask to do parking he will scold directly waste experience

Good hospital, and good staff members and hygienic area. The only issue I have is there is no cooling system infront of the screening room and the waiting areas. Atleast two fans would suffice.

The waiting area near the vitals/triage needs to also have one more fan added to it. Considering that it is very hot and dude to overcrowding it tends to get humid.
Two months ago the hospital had a very good management but right now thier hygeine maintenance has be reduced and the washrooms are quite dirty, but so far the staff members are quite nice and kind and even the doctors are nice and gentle.

Have good doctors but worst management team and staff. Very unorganised and not co operative with the patients. I am very disappointed with the reception team. Earlier they used to atleast take appointments but let me tell you the token system is an utter flop! It's not patient friendly and your staff is under sufficient by numbers and skills to manage this token system.

My Mother in law had undergone Hysterectomy procedure along with other minor procedures in the hospital this week.
Dr Nasreen Ashfaq and team has given us good guidance throught out the whole process and period of stay in the hospital, Nasreen Mam is the one who made the whole process simple and easy.that's all because of her vast experience in this field over the years. She is soo humble and very caring Doctor. We always thank her for the service and pray God to give her good health and wealth.

The Only reason to visit these hospital is Dr.nasreen she is really humble. The way she speaks with patients and attenders is satisfying. Dr. Ahmed is also an experienced and professional Doctor. While talking about some other doctors don't wanna name them they need to learn how to talk and behave with patients. More then medicines doctor cure there patients with sweet words and satisfaction words.

1 Star less not for the Doctors and the Hospital but for the worst adminstration and reception staff. The Doctors and the nurses are doing a very good job and the hospital is excellent. But you all should consider changing your reception staff and the admin becoz they have no co ordination between them. They treat worse than a government hospital. Very sorry to say but you all have spent a lot on the hospital. It will be good to change the administration coz it will ruin your hospitals name.
