My wife got pregnancy after 6 years marriage just because of only Madam Vaishnavika' s valuable suggt& medication. Thank you Fernandez. Dr Ehtesham uddin paediatric doctor, The worst doctor i ever faced in my life. My baby was suffering from cold and cough and he was just chill there sitting and asking how many times he coughed i said multiple and he said normal babies cough i said he has mucus in his chest and he said no it's in his mouth and that's normal he didn't even touch my baby for checking what ever i saying about my babies issue he was just saying everything is normal such a pathetic worst doctor i have ever faced. Mr Ehtesham uddin if u don't know the symptoms of baby what he is going through if u can't check can't investigate about babies Just quit your job it is not for u. U are simply timepassing there. Later that day i went to other hosptls children specialist my baby was suffering from pneumonia! So it's a ZERO STAR for Ehtesham uddin paediatric. I won't suggest Fernandez for children. It is only good for maternity.

Exceptional care from Dr. Fareeza mam and team. Grateful for her unwavering support. Her attentiveness, and 24x7 availability were invaluable during my pregnancy and labor. Despite prolonged labour, mam and their team tirelessly worked towards normal labour until last minute.
Special thanks to team of Anaesthesiologists as well for their incredible epidural anesthesia at middle of the night when i was tired and about to give up.

Fernandez is the best choice I have made for my pregnancy from the 5th week of my confirmed pregnancy till the end they were with me. I had a normal delivery in 2020 after around 30 hrs of labour the nurses the doc and special mention the midwives were like godess for me without them it would not be possible.
Till now I take my baby to fernandez pediatric only. They got my trust.

Prices are little bit high compared to other hospitals however international standards maintained.
Excellence doctors, staff, nurses reception. I have not seen any hospital so systematic.

Good treatment, all the staff take care from ayya to doctors. All would render at most services. Thanks to Dr sreedevi, Dr Shanti and her team, midwives sunibala, balajyothi, nurse vasanthi and all the dayyas. Midwives took special care from the contractions till delivery.

Excellent hospital with end to end services for all women.
First priority would be given to normal delivery only and not commercial like other hospitals where the preference would be given to C-section though is a chance of normal.
The entire staff including the housekeeping people are exceptionally good.
They have got lot of patience to address micro issues from the patient's.
It's not 5 on 5.
It's just 10/5. May be rating falls shorter for this hospital.

Really disappointed with the hospital management, though we got admitted at midnight 3am in emergency ward later shifted to delivery ward, they don’t want to issue emergency certificate just because she deliver baby through normal delivery instead of C section. I don’t understand when she has undergone episiotomy for normal delivery and 4-5 suture (stitch) were also done, what’s wrong in issuing emergency certificate, we have however paid all the hospital fees and now as a government employee we want to go for medical claims and emergency certificate is a must, management should understand our requirement and provide us that certificate, as there is no loss to them and indeed we paid all fee including for emergency ward admission too. MR No: 594568.
Is episiotomy not the case of emergency, it was performed as babies heart beat was going down inside, just think and try to understand our requirement and provide EMERGENCY CERTIFICATE, it’s been 2-3 times we have requests but nobody is bothered there, very must disappointed.

We have a pleasent memories and the doctor's here are very professional and Services provided is of highest standards. Special thanks to Dr. Kasturi, Dr. Pallavi and Dr. Shanti Sri!

Doctor Fareeza khanam is a good doctor but this hospital has no proper management of patients. They have many patients and they don't know how to handle them so they just make them run from here and there bigger problem is if u miss one appointment of doctor than for the next appointment u have to wait for entire week or else get admitted in emergency which very costly. Receptionists are too proud and arrogant. And for each and every thing they show u a long process which difficult for a pregnant women to carry out. Procedures should be simple in maternity hospital but they make it so complicated. Rest doctor is very experienced and polite. The hospital doesn't have proper handling techniques.

My experience here was very good.my consultant doctor was dr krupa and I was very satisfied with her because as I was residing in Warangal, my consultant doctor in Warangal was going for c-section for which I was not prepared as I had my first delivery normal at Fernandez hospital itself so I decided to come back to Fernandez hospital for my second delivery too. I called the hospital, I got appointment for dr krupa and as I was not getting strong contractions they waited till I complete my 40 weeks and I went for artificial labour induce process and I had normal delivery for which I was very satisfied. I thank the whole team of Fernandez hospital, doctors, midwifes, nurses etc.

I had great experience in Ferrndez’s hospital as I got to know that my husband was born here and now my husband’s son is also born here … so I believe and trust 100% as the management is too good when it comes to any situation. Episiotomy.
My baby is not taking my feed till now as lactation counselor behaves too worst with baby.
They given vaccine to my baby. Check the pic attached.now this is my baby condition now.

Coming to me during delivery mine is eptosomy done stitches by sudha rani. Those stitches are failed with in 4 days of discharge from that day to til now I am suffering. Bogulkunta staff are really worst
Restich has been done by stroke home doctors.

In bg fernandez some doctors are good (shanthi sree) and Dr. Swapna from stroke home they are really good.
Before choosing hospital choose wisely.

Had both my children delivered in Fernandez. The care and service is impeccable. Must really appreciate all the staff and doctors for making it a hassle free experience. If at all any feedback for improvement is must then I would suggest to improve the taste of the meals served. It is definitely filling and more but the taste can be enhanced.

Dr. Sreedevi is very dedicated and patience to patients to explain. My sister got two normal deliveries and myself also got normal delivery.

I had a very good experience with both my doctors ie. Dr kasturi and dr Fariza. Both the doctors are very great and I had a good support and experience with them.

I believe management really need to look into this.

Post Delivery service is worst. Jr Doctors will handle the baby’s. They create baby sympathy on family asked to admit several reasons. They just want to create the billing. I trusted Fernandez lot now i don’t recommend anyone.

Had my delivery at Fernandez Abids. Though not completely satisfied with the service provided by the hospital. But must say the services provided by Midwifery department was exceptional. From day 1 till discharge they make sure to keep a check on u and make u feel completely safe and comfortable. Will recommend Fernandez abids hospital only this one department.specially midwife Zuber & midwife fathiony are too Excellent in their work and provide u great service and make sure to always keep a check on u personally. I would say u can refer Fernandez abids only if u have to visit midwifery department otherwise pls go to hyderguda Fernandez for excellent service.

Worst experience ever.the nursing station is useless.there is no proper management.the workflow is the worst part, apart from cleanliness, rude doctors. Took almost 8 hours for the process of discharge.doctors will not provide you with any proper opinion.it is you who have to take all the decisions without proper advice.think ten times before visiting the hospital.poor service and such a waste of the big name they attained over the years.

Doctors are too good, am happy with the services what we received from total staff. Especially in labour room staff was too good and helped a lot for Normal delivery.

This days Fernandez hospital is in too much commercial.

Worst exp with us as well, becarefull with hiden charges and muiltiple doctor consulting on same issue but they dont tell you what is problem and what is the solution, they just simple ignore you.

As we understand they will handle only normal cases

Any some small problem they will ignore or charge you more then normal.

I liked the hospital and service provided by doctors. Dr. Shanti Sri, is an amazing doctor. Hats off.

The duty doctor's are not experienced they didn't know how to take care patients, in necessary delaying the process to put more amount in the bill, Nurses and other staffs are bieng rude and not performing thier duties properly, Had a very bad experience they done the delivery of my sister by surgery the stiches was big and broad, she had a pain for many days
Avoid such commercial hospitals by spending lacks of rupees got a treatment like public hospital

Very bad experience. Doctr doesn’t identify your problem and just prescribe you painkiller. It is just commercial. Doctors are not professional and dont bother to care about patient after delivery. I dont recommend any one for this hosptl. Worst experience ever. Still suffering from health issues.

Dr. Hari Kishan who is a Physician at Fernandes Hospital is really unprofessional, unethical, disrespectful and most rude doctor I have seen in a hospital like Fernandez. He was absolutely rude towards me and my wife over the tele consultation. We had a paid appointment at 5: 15 but were kept waiting only to realize that he had walk in patients to deal. He joined zoom meeting almost after an hour and started shouting at us showing how frustrated he is with the workload. The entire meeting he was only showing his attitude, rude behavior and showed no respect to me or the 39+ weeks pregnant lady beside me. He showed no interest in the issue for which we had the appointment for. When I gave a feedback on how they should have better internal management and communication he attempted to disconnect the meeting saying he has other patients to look after. Absolutely disgusted with his approach and really disappointed to see such kind of doctors in one of most prestigious hospitals of Hyd. If you are going to Fernandez please avoid consulting this doctor. This will not only save your hard earned money but also save you from a humiliating experience.

We understand that during this Pandemic.you guys take care of patients but that doesnt mean you make the patient's attenders sit on the road like beggars. Security guys don't have courtesy to let us know if there is any waiting area also. Atleast put a board near the security desk, it will not cost you much. Put chairs out side, even that will work. It would be relly tough for the senior citizens (patient's mother's) to sit outside without water / washroom facility for hours to together.

Very soon I am going to share my experience about this hospital especially this pandemic with all proof. How they became money minded and no collaboration between their own staff.

Doctors are very friendly and suggest good treatment as you need. I had observed other hospitals recomend unnecessary medicine which High cost if they are taking OP cost as low. But here I was seen medicine recommending was very less.
