Exceptional service from Fernandez-2 staff, totally taken care of everything during my procedure. DR VISAKA NAGARAJ is an outstanding doctor, she took care of me and was there with me through out my procedure. Really thank her and team fernandez for all the excellent service.

Excellent services given in fernandez hospital hyderguda i am from general ward. Afreen delivered by c section happy to choose fernandez services from operation theatre to floor all nurses and day as are very friendly. In ot doctors were friendly and support ed very well, my consultant is dr. Sailaja mam she is very nice and given me best treatment. Lactation nurse and physiotherapy are very nice advisory according to my health showed me best position for feeding and pain relief exercises. I will recommend this hospital for my family.

Absolutely a pleasant experience from cleanliness, hygiene, Staff, Doctors, Aayas, Security personnel!

Over all experience is good.
They treated baby well.
The only flaws in there is they don't care of parents what we are saying.
Secondly the Pharmacy people they are too worst.
They don't have atleast respect to Patients and attenders.
Please check on pharmacy staff as already raised a complaint on this with MOD but again I am writing this so that other parents won't get in trouble.

I am taking appointment and in process. Worst thing is waiting time for scan and blood test prices are high and time killing. They take your entire day for normal scan and test. Pathetic service
Review after 7 months

I am editing my review after delivery.hospital is good for high risk patient.but didnt feel comfortable as they are very professional and hiding things from patient.and dont have enough patience to wait for labor pain. They normally induce (give extrrnal pain) and induce.but they try their level best to make normal delivery.which is turn out best thing for me. Luckily I got induced and gone through horrible pain and after 23hrs of labor pain successfuly delivered a baby girl normal delivery condition.so check your doctor and hospital too. As we know this time is very crucial and we too had excited as well as nervousness residing us due to unpredictable situation.fernandes is good for normal delivery but the way they treat patient depends on doctor to doctor.

I am visiting Fernandez hospital unit 2 for my baby's delivery and till now it has been quite good experience with everything. The only problem is waiting time for scans as there is a lot of rush in this hospital, although they are trying their best to manage all of this.no complaints, i would recommend this hospital flr delivery.

We felt very happy to have doctors like Dr shailaja devi madam and Dr Pallavi chandra madam.i am very happy to have them. I came jagtial karimnagar only for delivery and doctors were very supportive n helpful, nurses, dayas were very supportive thank you.

Great service, everything was so smooth and easy. I would recommend Dr Manisha pradhan madam for consultation and also Dr muqeeth for epidural procedure.

Doctors are very caring and treats the patients very well ensuring the patient's privacy, choices and safety.
Services of nurses and Dayama specially are adorable.
All the dayamas were very kind and available whenever we needed special mention Kamala bai who helped me in feeding and bathing.
I would like to mention name of Sister Amulya, Lactation consultant helped me alot in feeding my baby as I being first time mother I was struggling alot.

I had a bad experience with hospital.they are harrased patient for the billing and they overcharged.counsellor gave half information about payment.later they are looting and harrasing the patient.i tired to talk with billing manager or management none of them responded.i suggest all not to choose Fernandaz at any cost.they are looting everyone.if u r a NRI they will do the double billing.
Billing department staff is too rude and they will tell all lies.becarefull with this cheaters….

My baby got jaundice which is 20, that has become reduced to 10 within one day. We are happy with this hospital maintenance and responsibility.
I am far from my baby whole night but thorough calls it has become very near they co operated very nicely. Whenever I call they received very patiently. And sisters are very good. They took very much care to my baby which is fear for every mom.

We r paying 4000rs for scanning right but they r not giving hard copy they r saying any how u will throw that paper in dustbin is this a way to speak with ther patients in our hm our parents will ask first hardcopy then they will speak wat happen in hospital nd tt inj was also not cool that inj is only for 20 but this plp r charging 50rs wat the hell ther is no proper serve in hyderabad op I'm seriously not satisfied with ther serve how much they played with me seriously

Everything is good. Doctors are excellent as gave more than enough support needed at the time of delivery and post delivery. Need to thank other staff as well as there is continues monitoring. Our baby is a premiee and we had an extremely satisfied experience with NICU unit here. Our family is always indebted to the group of doctors led by Dr. Sai Kiran, all the nurses and the support staff here who have taken care of our baby till date. Remaining in NICU for 8 weeks isn’t a joke and as parents we had to undergo a lot of emotional trauma but whenever we step into NICU to see our baby daily, there’s always a positive energy all over from doctors and nurses. In short we say they are the angels for our baby and we always felt our baby is in safe hands.

Hi this is MahaLakshmi from 321 got discharged from Fernandez unit 2.it seems to be a great journey from Fernandez right from my outpatients appointments every months of prenatal pregnancy time to postnatal till delivery. I like to bring to notice of the journey that.during my outpatient appointments their was continuous follow up by staff for every appointment and got doctor's visit with Dr. Swapna Reddy she was the best doctor.thanks alot to her from bottom of my heart.team members of doctors I like to thank too.

Later due to emergency I got admission for my delivery.in er they chescked me and shifted to HDU.to lAbour ward for delivery pains was very seriously seen to decrease they suggested me to epidural but since I could bear the pain and baby position was not in a correct way they took me to c-section immediately in emergency operation theatre I like to thanks staff from ot, icu sisters took well care, coming to ward.the treatment was continued for 3 days.in these three days it was like homely natured experience.each sisters, like Kavitha, rani, blessy priyanka, reeta took well care from dayas Lalitha, and from bera for baby hearing screwing was done,

Lactation sister dolly helped for feeding baby physiotherapist Yasmeen show postnatal excercise for mother's, customer care Rani show very great empathy to me and unfortunately she was being my colleague that was great to god.

On an whole I like to thank entire staff of Fernandez unit 2.

Not happy with the staff and support.too much of waiting. Not preforbale. Don't get cheated by seeing possitive reviews.
