I got my growth scan done with Dr. Jagathyayini. She was very professional and did my scan very patiently over two sittings as baby was not in position.

The Service at hospital is worst to the core and I recommend people not to take appointment as they don't know the meaning of it.

Took an appointment at 11 AM but the hospital staff are so negligent that they send us at 1 PM. They keep on saying only one member before you but makes people wait for hours. This is not expected from Fernandez hospital as the standards set by you are high in the industry.

Try taking diplomatic staff who can handle situations with sence of humanity and concern towards patients.

The people are more concerned and specific about billing. This kind of attitude should be changed.

Dr. Sirisha and Dr. Bharati are the best doctors in gynaecology. Their attention and care towards patients is amazing and highly professional. I have recovered only because of these two wonderful ladies, to whom I am grateful forever. However, little disappointed with the administration and nursing staff. There is lack of training and coordination between them.

Multiple times trying to call but never connects always on wait and hv to wait forever. Customer care is poor

Service is so good. Appointment timings are well managed. And great thing is they prescribe less medicines.

No punctuality here, is this C class hospital? Why your taking these much of OPs and to wait the people. While booking the appointment said need to come exact schedule appointment time, but waited almost 3hrs to meet the doctor.

To Much Waiting Time And Security People Don't Have Manners To Talk Don't Recommend This Hospital

Appointment of 1225Noon was given and doctor sees us at 1425.2hrs waiting is ridiculous. Good doctors and facilities but they need to value others time too. We can't lose a whole day.

We were visited the hospital today and overall experience was good.
* Maintainance of COVID Precautions is fine.
* Waiting time is approximately 3hours as we experienced.
* Staff response was good

Only thing, ONE PERSON will be allowed with concerned Visitor. Rest should be waited in the Cafe located in the ground floor.

The reception staff explained the situation very well regarding the wait. Overall good experience! Doctors are no dbt the best here.

Terrible, pathetic, grievous, horrible, dreadful, horrific experience I am experiencing with the hospitality.

This is insulting that I can’t bring along my mother with my wife to experience the happiness to see the live scan and counselled by the doc.

I will never keep a choice or would recommend anyone to even think of Fernandez to seek any maternity services.

Doctors are good always give best treatment. They don't follow timings. Receptionists make us to wait for hours. I requested them to send on time cause i have to travel back 4 hours. They didn't even care. They give morning hours slot it took upto evening. Please focus on time management

Here at fernandez unit 4 hyderguda they is no parking facility and they insist to keep the vehicle at unit 2 hyderguda which is too far causing inconvience to the patient and attender, some alternative arrangements have to be made to avoid hardship.

Very good caring towards pregnancy treatment and politeness towards infants and children's.

I got fabulous experience in Fernandez Hyderguda branch as the doctors and staff are the best.

FH helped me in delivering healthy twins after 10 years of wait, Experience with Fernandez has been wonderful, entire staff is so good towards their patients and especially in covid time hospital has taken utmost care about hygiene and precautions to stop the spread of any kind of infection or virus. I thanks FH once again for making us feel secure in such vulnerable times.

Fernandez Hospitals is one of the best hospitals in the city. Well experienced Doctors and staff. But waiting time will be more which needs to be reduced apart from which everything is best at the hospital.

I got NT scan on 8th sep 2020, in unit 4 by Dr. Arthi singh, But had a very bad experience after scan.she has done the scan for almost 45 mins, but very harshly pressing the probe on pelvic area. I got other scans in other hospitals where they advised to drink more water before scan which eases scan but here they prompted us to urinate before scan and which made very difficult to get scanned and even if not clear they have continued to do very toughly. They didnt even suggest to drink water and take a break to scan again.they have done internal TVS scan later And repeated external for more 20 mins. They tried to complete it in 1 attempt and made my pelvic area to pain since then.even after 2 days of scan am having pain where i cant even bend and move.i really dont know the condition of baby inside.but basic instructions according to the type of scan need to be provided to the staff outside the scan room.as we are new to different type of scans we just follow to the instructions of staff. The Dr.was not even communicative with me even after i asked what happend the baby is not giving the clear picture for this long time.she is calm and serious. I don’t know this pain is only to the skin or also included to the baby.

Dr Jayashree, paediatrician was not wearing mask properly, and picking her nose and touching our baby till I warned her. Did not expect that from a doctor that too a paediatrician.

Worst hospital too many hidden charges they playing games they know parents are busy they never reply you back when u asked about details in bills they make some excuses and they never do anything properly. Too many mosquitoes in hospital before you take admission go and take feed back personally with patients already there

Worst experience with hospital too costly no value for money after 9days also we didn't get our blood reports. They will repeat all this several times and simple say we are sorry we will rectify the issue

As soon as you decided to opt for this hospital for their service they will make you to divorce your wife. She will be struggling inside alone with long hours without any assistance and we are made to hunt for parking. They will ask for every thing from you, they want to know what is the husband's profession so they can charge, they want all the test done from their own lab with high charges but they will not even provide you a lousy parking space and the security is asking me to park the car in unit which in mine case is bogulkunta unit so that mean I should park my car there in bogulkunta then me and my pregnant wife should come by walk for 30mins and should do the scans and then go back. They need your money they need your time they need your everything but they don't even want you in there premises. Pray to pass this 9 months soon. Amazingly Awesome Service. Hope someone like.

Worst service I ever dealt, because of fame we have visited this hospital but waste of time and money by visiting this hospital. No proper response wantedly they make us sit for hours. They make money for all useless tests.

Don’t play with anyone’s emotions.you are doctors that’s against your ethics. I waited for a month to get scan done my dr Suseela and travelled 200 kms.when I reached there they said my scan will be done by some another doctor. I requested them a lot but no use.and finally my scan was done by 3 another dr one by one. 2 nd doctor got normal results while 3 rd doctor said it’s as the same before.when I asked for Suseela mam they said next scan will be done by her.don’t waste your time money and peace by visiting this hospital.worst hospital hospital

Unit 4 is basically for scanning and the staff are really very slow and almost every patient herehas to wait more than 2 hours for undergoing the scan. The amount of time one spends is 5 hours from entering and leaving the hospital. It seems that they wantedly test the patience of the people. They charge the highest amount for the scanning in the whole hyderabad city and still provide this kind of service. The management can utilize the lakhs of amount they receive everyday and increase number of scan rooms and respect the time of the patients. They will surely lose many of their customers due to this.

I took an appointment before two weeks.on the day of my appointment I reached on time which they schedule but I waited for 2hrs from given time I really got irritated with their service. What is the reason for booking an appointment before. It's waste of our time. Really disappointed.

Had a very very bad experience at unit 4 today.
Had to take appointment at unit 4 for TIFFA scanning leaving our regular consulting hospital -Stork Holme as there were no appointments available.
Dr. Vinatha Udugu was the one to perform scanning. Her arrogant behaviour with us entering into the scanning room left us shell shocked. We had to wait 2hrs to get to the scanning room. Our enthusiasm to see the baby during TIFFA scanning went down the drain becouse of the arrogant behaviour and reckless attitude. To add to the dismay, the session was not interactive, we were expecting the doctor to point out each and every organ and which did not at all happen. Even when we tried to ask what organs she was scanning she would seldom respond which didn't help at all. Going into the scanning for TIFFA we were briefed by the doctor that we would enjoy it and be happy to see your fully grown baby. Its was total opposite thanks to her arrogant and egoistic nature.

So much for the hype that Fernandez hospitals are given. Really disappointed.
I would not recommend to get your scanning done at unit 4 of Fernandez. If by chance you get it done there, please ensure that your scanning is not done by Dr Vinatha Udugu. Such a waste of high qualified people when arrogance and egoistic nature prevails over you. No use of their qualification

Very bad experience at hospital. I waited for 5 hours. But the doctor couldn't speak with me 2 mins. It is waste of time and money to go there. Waste of taking appointments. Ill not suggest anyone to go there. It is better to go to government hospital.

Today i experienced worst. They won't value for our time. Everyone will give different answer. No proper response from their end just simply they will say us to wait. Today we came at morning 8.30 and they cal us 3times for scanning and by 2.45 also they didn't finish. Every time they asked us to wait and they will take new patient. Worrest experience I ever had, better not to come.coming to this hosptial is like waiting in line before ration shop.i believe ration shop wala takes less time than these guys.

I went there because of good rating. I would never suggest anyone to visit this place.
Interns were taking up history and other stuff, the actual gynic (doctor) came for just 2 mins.
I was actually waiting for the report and they assumed I left from the hospital.
The problem with what I went was not acknowledged, poor management.
I wasted my whole day here, because of there poor service I have to again take a leave from my work and visit another gynic.

Joke on the name of appointments, though they say prior appointment is required for consultation but the waiting time is not less than 2 hours.

One of the worst experience I am facing with this hospital unit 4. I don't if doctors have not patience what is the necessary of giving the appointment s to the patients. I went for the first time to this hospital for pcos prblm, they made me wait more than 4 hrs, and when I talked to the Dr finally, she was too rude, impatient person and the costs are too high in that place after paying soo much cost and not eating coz they call u whenever they want, the only thing I did was cry there.
