Waste of money, potion of food is not enough for a kid, fraud app.they skip or give half order (as though it's eaten), no response for days.food taste very bad, nd chill. I experienced tummy pain.i stopped after 3 breakfast.

Extremely suggestive for a balanced and healthy appetite, I would recommend to go for it and nutritionist habsa will guide you through your diet plan accordingly. I am thoroughly satisfied.

Food is good. The only problem is we are getting the food for breakfast, lunch and dinner at a time at 9.30 am in Miyapur

I started subscribing to Fitmeals lunch plan about 6 weeks ago. My conversations began with Hafsa, who patiently understood my needs and had a plan in place.
Whats good about them
1) In this 6 weeks I have seen about 23-25 unique preparations. It was a mixture of Indian (south and north) Mughlai Chinese and other oriental cuisines and a dash of Continental dishes too.
2) The taste. I have yet to come across one dish that I was not satisfied with. Their subs are the best
3) Always on time despite the heavy rains a few weeks ago
4) Hafsa tweaked my menu based on my needs
5) Portions good enough for me to avoid hunger pangs
6) Lastly the most important of them all, fresh ingredients.

Taken the subscription for three months wide range of varieties provided with right nutritional requirements. Taken care of the customisations mentioned. A complete worry free package for getting the meals on the table.

Sour, stale frozen meals.
I took a 14 day plan and literally threw every meal in the bin.
I informed them but got funny responses.
I asked them to stop sending me meals.
The pic is supposed to be normal wheat roti where by it is thick and dark in colour.
Some clueless nutritionists called me and was proposing 1900cal diet for a 5’3” female where I’m currently on 1500cal
She had no cooking clue of nutrition. There is no nutritional components mentioned on food packets. I was sent

Stale meals, sour smelling stale food!

Very convenient, tastey nutrious and healthy meals.
I have been with Fit meals on and off since a couple of years.

Professionally managed, on time and tasty food. I am subscribing since past 5 months and am fully satisfied with their service.

The food quality has been super consistent and they are very consistent with their deliveries as well BUT your customer support most certainly needs an upgrade.

Your support team is pretty hostile and should be trained to be able handle our issues.

The Food Darzee app does not work 95% of the times.
I cannot make changes, additions, cancellations anything.
And if your customer support team is incharge they should know the app is a WIP or acknowledge the glitches so that they can be more helpful instead of being impolite to your customers.

Few points that really impressed me during my one month experience with Fitmeals

1. Ease with which I could communicate my needs- be it changing the address, pausing for couple of days, letting them know which meal/vegetable I did not like. The team is very helpful is listening to you and accommodating the changes

2. Punctuality- never did the delivery partner delay in bringing my meals. This helped me plan my day very well.

3. The plan made me realise how much I actually consume in a day by seeing it all at once in the morning. This helped me believe I am eating well enough and should not crave for additional junk. Also, at the end of the program I felt my habit of overheating reduced significantly because my body and brain were now used to eating a particular healthy amount of food.

The food is good for a reasonable price but the delivery is very late. And communication with the team also is not good, have to remind them every small detail multiple times.

Zero strain to - think of, gather ingredients, put in efforts and make different, healthy and tasty meals everyday. They customise the meals according to your requirements - allergies, weight loss, weight gain etc. The meals get delivered on time. Hafsa, my nutritionist, makes sure the portions and quality of food aren’t compromised. Simply put, it makes your life convenient. Would definitely recommend going for it.

The food they provide is of bad quality, just repeat the same thing, i.e paneer and some green salad. Taste is not good, its better to hire a cook at home and make him prepare such dishes for you on a daily basis. Very disappointed with the menu, quality and the taste. We wish we could cancel the subscription but unfortunately we have to continue it since we paid already and they have No refund policy. Now we're suffering daily and sometimes we give it to our housemaid also

Used FitMeals multiple times for Keto meals. The meal plans are great and they offer support through a super helpful nutritionist. I am also impressed with their timely delivery and operations, and their customer support that I can speak to through WhatsApp.

Such amazinggg service by fit meals. Their meals are delivered ON TIME EVERY DAY. They make sure I always have food by my side before I'm hungry. Every meal is perfectly balanced and super yummy. They make sure I don't get bored with my diet.

Not up to the mark at all. Extremely unhappy!
They urge you to pay but don't send meals. I'm waiting for breakfast sine 3 hours but there's no sign of the delivery and now they tell me to cook something at home and eat and they forgot to send.
Staff is not ready to share the owners number. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend at all. Rather go out to vegan/ gluten free/ keto/ healthy cafes.
Also, personal information like diet preferences etc.are leaked out.

Hello everyone. I subscribed to the Athletic plan (lunch). It's really good and nutritious. I recommend all the health freaks out there to give it a try.

They are providing nutritional food with macros calculated and that to those are like our daily foods.

Pretty good service. Lost 3kgs in 2months with the weight loss plan.

The food is good, not boring.

Customer service is good. But, a quick response would be a lot better.

Also, if they had tracker of the meals for the plan opted, where in you can check the meals left at once on the app in a simple way to understand would be great.
