One of the biggest gym in and around KPHB, with well equipped machines for each muscle group and well maintained.
Trainer Vijay is one of the best trainer in this gym and i have been training with him for more than an year. He helped build a lot of muscle and shred fat at the same time. He provides customised diet & workout plan every month by check the BMI metrics.
All these comments are forcefully put up with the clients. I have worst experience there. Waste of money. Price is too high. They charged 8k for 3 months for general & apart from that for personal training 18k for 3 months. Not worth the price. Equipment is good and gym is spacious but that doesn't matters to me. Gym trainers only focus on their clients. No one cares general clients. Gym based on money totally.
Its been a month i joined here, its more professional gym unlike others in Hyderabad, its open all days including holidays with a professional assigned on holidays. On a regular days they have 5 trainers to look after each client. The environment inside is very clean and hygiene. They do have a huge space with almost all international equipment to use and trainers are well trained to train the trainees. I recommend this place for a serious people. Thank you Vijay, RK, Bharath and Srinivas for your meticulous trainings and care for our and my health. Thank you so much management for your support in everything.
Gym has completely highly updated Equipments for whole body with spacious area and neat and cleanly managed and organized structure.management is also good.
All the trainers are friendly in nature and treat every one with smile and patience

I began personal training under Mr. Bharath Naidu. Well experienced and focused coach, It’s worth the money I believe, the way he plans workout every week and follows up regarding diet plans is something I’ve never experienced with my previous trainers (even in golds gym). A motivative trainer and I feel a lot better after being his trainee.

My first experience with Flex gym is really amazing. The Gym equipments is overloaded with all kind of activities used for waitloss and even for weightgain and I have been using this gym at Gokul plots for the past 3 months with my personal trainer Vijay Kumar and I lost 5 -6 kgs in just 2 months.
