FMS senior dentist (also a maxillofacial surgeon) with his assistant cut off and melted my sister's mouth during tooth extraction with drill machine. They said such incidents are "common" and she's lucky they did not cut up her cheeks and tongue or broke her jaw. They assured her help and requested her to wait. In utter shock and confusion we believed them. First they said it will heal in a month, then a few months. We regularly went to them for 4 months. Each time they sent us back asking us to be patient. When we came to know burn scars take 18-24 months to mature, we stopped coming and kept in touch with the surgeon who did this to her. She was in a very fragile, disturbed state and simply wanted to recover in peace. Her red scars turned white in 18 months and she expected treatment from FMS after completing 24 months. To our shock, doctors mocked her pain and trauma and misbehaved with her in front of our father. Abused them and threatened to throw them out. Boasted about their boss Parthasarathireddy in Jubilee Hills. None of the female staff or doctors intervened. Her harassers are in Fms jubilee hills group photos.
Reply from my sister: Fms proved to be very dangerous and unsafe for me. Your so-called offers of help came only months after relentlessly exposing you. A lump of scar slowly replaced the melted part of my lip. It gradually contracted making the wound appear smaller but making it even more difficult to stretch my mouth. My LIP has SHRUNK and is CRUSHED inside. Plastic surgeons are unable to remove all the burnt tissue. This review is for public awareness. I did NOT take a single rupee from you or anyone. NO ONE SHOULD SUFFER THIS LIFE-LONG PAIN. You ruined my life.

I have met dr parthasarathi for my self to close the gap between my teeth basically smile correction and dr Shailaja for my grandmother for full mouth dental implants. Highly recommend for Dental implant treatment in Hyderabad. Over the years I’ve been visiting this Jubilee hills branch. I had my Bone Graft surgery, and Dental implants done here. Years ago, I’ve injured my teeth in an accident and suffered from severe pain and discoloration which ended up with infection. Initially I came here for a second opinion and met Dr. Partha sarathi sir. He explained and gave best possible treatment plans. The plan involved Dental implants with bone graft replacing my dead teeth. As the infection damaged my bone area, I had to go with Bone Graft procedure. Dr. Ramakrishna sir took my case and went with the bone graft. The procedure starts with numbing injections, you will have slight discomfort at the beginning and later you will barely feel a thing and i took couple of days to recover from it. Dr. Ramakrishna was with me the whole time, even advising me over phone when I was home. The graft went quiet well a big thanks to him. After 6 months Dr. Kavya mam helped me with the later, fixing crowns to the implants who also to my fortune she turned out to be one of the best friendly doctors I've met. Honestly at first the cost was overwhelming but after the treatment I felt that this was one of the best investments I have made. We had a really nice experience with Dr. Ramakrishna. My case was a little critical as the root of my teeth was very close to the nerve but the doctor treated it very cautiously and all went well. All the complications were well explained before the treatment.

Initially I had done my tooth extraction in another hospital, which failed and lead to formation of dry socket with horrible pain. Then because of my traumatic situation, I visited FMS. Dr. Ramakrishna treated my dry socket with the help of ZOE pack an. He treated me every 3 days because of my severe case and assured me that it will be healed within 40-45 days. Was recommended this Jubilee Hills branch as I was on some specific medication for a heart condition. Our positive impression started from the telephonic appointment, reinforced by the reception staff who seem to specalize in serving with a smile! I had two rounds of repeated visits and my wife had one for root canal treatment and crowns with Dr Priyandu and Dr Kavya. Young, but Impressive doctors, quite competent, and sure of their hands. They handled me, a 70 year old, with gentle patience! Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and costs were surprisingly moderate. We have no hesitation in recommending the center to others. My brother in law B Srinivas 41yrs/ M met with Road atrafic Accident with head injury from a bike at Manciriyal, After which he had fracture of lower jaw at 2 different places, following which he was admitted at SVS institute of NeuroSciences under care of Faciomaxillary surgeons - FMS DENTAL HOSPITAL, Dr Rama Krishna Reddy had being very spontaneous and apt in his approach and planned the Jaw surgery with immediate effect and finished the surgery, following which there were multiple interaction with the doctor on Followups, with such a care and compassion the Doctor guided and followed up meticulously till date. To specify on removing the wires that were placed during the surgery after 4 weeks for using elastics, Doctor was not satisfied to his 100 % so he guided us to use elastics for some more time so that the results would be more better, and now we understand why he was adamant in extending use of elastics for little more time. Which has improved my biting efficiency. Now it is 1 1/2 month. I am totally satisfied with the treatment I got. And my brother in law is totally functional to his full capacity. Would definitely consider and recomend any face injuries to be treated by Faciomaxillary surgeons to get good outcome postoperatively.
