I visited since 1 year reports was genuine my doctor was refer me here I appreciated with SUMMAIYA and Sample Collection persons only In front Desk Receptionist was doing so much late for Billing change to this person or arrange the another counter for billing many patients are waiting

Waste of giving reviews regarding staff behavior and front desk 1 out of 10 I don’t recommend these kind of diagnostic centers

Hello, I'd like to tell you everything about my fantastic visit to Focus Diagnostics, one of the top diagnostic centres in Hyderabad.

This place is charging triple prices compared to all other diagnostic centre's. Don't go here. It's worst. Go the Aarti scans. They have reasonable prices. Focus is looting people

Everybody here is a professional and they know what kind of a patient they're dealing with. Not like other diagnostics, they won't just charge you an awful amount.

Excellent diagnostics, as well as a spotless and sanitary environment. Please consider this as my personal recommendation for anybody in need of a diagnostic clinic in Hyderabad. Rapid testing and timely reports are guaranteed. Doctors keep it in good shape.

Very very very worst center I have ever experience long time wating For report and scan after taking appointment also no use of taking appointment a day before scan I never recommend this center to any one.and the funny thing is they don't have internet service after taking money from patients It's their responsibility to take care of everything and every facility. A big thumbs down

Our surroundings are clean and pleasant. Ultra scanning was completed within an hour of my arrival, and I was given results as well. This lab was suggested to me by my doctor. Both the Vijaya and Vista diagnoses were useless, and I spent my time going to them.

Clean and Hygiene, One of the best diagnostics in hyderbad. I would like to recommend to every one who want to visit a diagnostic center in hyderabad.

A doctor recommended this place, Definitely not recommending this diagnostics for others.beside aarthi scans they are priced 50% less for the same tests. This much of the price difference never heard of.

One of the most reliable diagnostic centres is the one that gets the most attention. Expert technicians were available. All of the scans and tests were reasonably priced. Timely updates are included in the reports.

Went there due to recommendations of a doctor. This is really an average place. Power went down and the place is not under UPS.god knows what was happening to sensitive medical equipments. Some machines were broken and we were asked to revisit later.

How come such a place be recommended by doctors? Maybe some back channel understanding. I am really shocked.

I checked reviews before going there.seems high rated. Once I came back, to home, I relooked into the reviews.this place is clearly buying reviews. There are copy-pasted reviews.

I just surprised by seeing very rude handling for my 4 years baby girl by lady doctor (Name not known) who was done MCUG procedure in Focus Diagnostics Panjagutta. Remaining helpers and staff were good. I strongly not recommend this Diagnostics for children.

They dont have good staff and doctors. They dont know how to treat the patient and old machinery please dont go to this diagnostic centre. Faced the big issue here.

Instead of taking expensive tests in luxury hospitals. I Definitely recommend you to visit and take test Focus diagnostic. The charge and cost are reasonable.

Went for Digital OPG open mouth. After making us wait at their leisure, and a power-cut (no generator) later- x-ray had issue as one side didn't come at all. Second x-ray came out blurred at the bottom. Well at least they refunded the amount, and staff were courteous- hence 2 stars. Thanks for the radiation and wasted 45 mins I guess.

Just called Mr Nagesh Manager for appointment of CT Angio, the worst experience i had, so rude, he should not behave with the patients in such a way, he is doing duty & been paid, he should perform his responsibility

The staff members is very good in communication and very polite! The lab is very clean! All covid precautions taken care.

Dr. Anil Kumar stays there. We visited the Doctor due to heath problem. He listened problem not even one minite. Without listening, proper diagnosis simply he asked us to go for colonoscope. Which is not necessary to suggest without talking any thing with patient.
We surprised about his behavior, language with patient in singular, no polite language and lack of polished language. In Heart of the city Panjagutta area Doctor's diagnosis shocked us. For the development of diagnostic centre one doctor suggested the scan, which was create other health issues
I request the Doctor to please write ️ only necessary tests

Good medical centre and friendly staff, clean andwell maintained even sitting arrangement was excellent. Over all Satisfactory.

They handle everything in a very timely manner and the test like 2D Echo, Digital OPG are done smoothly.

I have recently visited the focus diagnostic, there attention to the patients is very good, maintanence of the centre is very good.

Good behaviour staff and experience doctor's at focus diagnostic. Its is best for MRI and Ultrasonography.

Hi all, I wish share one of my best experiences with you all at Focus Diagnostics, it is indeed one of the best diagnostic center we have in Hyderabad. Recently I've got my Master Health Check-up done there. The Staff at FDC were very courteous, co-operative, and humble, the moment I stepped in, from billing counter to the other departments I've been assisted by one PRO till I finished all my tests. At other departments also the staff was so polite and did there job with full patience. I got all my reports within the timeframe given by them. I strongly recommend Focus Diagnostics for their fantastic ambience, cooperation, guidance given by the staff from desk to desk and there well behaved mannerisms. I sincerely pay thanks to the entire staff and the Management of Focus Diagnostics for providing such a ambience and services which really helps the patients to heal there ailments very faster. Thank You FDC for all.

We are so happy with the focus diagnostic. Everyone there is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and eager to help with whatever need u have.

Very professional way of Ultrasonography, Songraphy and Digital Xray. We will get the results immediately after the tests are over.

Very worst lab if there is no prescription they will ask huge amount and loot patients pockets don't go this lab

Worst lab, They gave wrong reports for my 2 years son.lot of negligence, Arrogant nature of staff.

Price is high and doctors recommend this place alot. I dont understand the logic. If you go to Aarthi diagnostics the price is half for almost 90% tests. Stop the high pricing and do the right thing.

Comprehensive list of tests - CT, MRI, Ultrasound, etc. Staff are professional and handle customer in systemic and organized way. Good seating arrangement for waiting.

They say they are open from 7.00 am but there is no one even at 7.45 except the useless billing person who is of no use

Worst experience. We had to get the tests again in another lab as the mcug test done by them was useless.

Worst service, they wont even response calls and not even provide the urgent information of test.

I enquired about sample pickup from home, Mr Venu technical support person was called to pick up sample, this guy bluntly refused to attend the same.
Looks like focus not interested in doing service.

One more worst diagnostic center in Hyderabad.
This center is only to looting the money from patients.
They never care about the patients condition, just simple site and chitchat with co workers.
I think doctors referring this place for to get there referral amount.

It's just our misfortune we ended up here.
No qualified staff.
No maintenance.
No proper air circulation.
No proper order to diagnose patients.
Not sure of the role of few ladies who keep scrolling here and there.

Very old style of service. Traditional method of diagnostics. Lame staff, dumb service. They just irritate patients. No slot booking, queue system and planning. They just serve whom their employees like/refer. They don't provide good quality reports and no soft copies. They don't take any cards or UPI payments, only cash. They have old equipment.
Overall, they have business only by doctor referrals. They don't have their own existence. That's why others have grown so popular and this stays the same junk.

The lab itself and the procedures done are fine. But the cost is too high for certain procedures and scans compared to other labs doing the same procedures. The waiting time is around 2 to 3 hours due to the rush which can be understood.but it helps if they atleast post softcopies or email the reports reports.

I had very worst experience with Focus Diagnostics this morning. Front desk staff's are useless and they are only there to spoil the name of the centre. I went for my wife's scanning and as she was suffering gripping pain, I asked for scan procedure from reception staff.he gave very vague response and carelessly. So, I asked i need to talk to doctor before go for scanning. Receptionist made us to wait and went inside doctor's room and started biasing him. Doctor, rather than giving confidence starting scaring us and asked us to decide on ourselves. Because of the lack of proper response, we had to come back Home. Now I am in search of another diagnostics center. Pathetic staff response.

Focus diagnostic centre is not only for humans but also for animals. They do MRI scan to animals during night s.
They have given an appointment at 11.00 pm for MRI scan to 3yr old baby.when we went there at 8.30 pm after visiting doctor.
By the time we visited there for scan at 10.00 pm.we were shocked to see a dog lying on the stretcher.
After 10 mins a technician came out saying that pls come in our sir will speak to u.
The concerned staff informed that sorry sir.we can't proceed with ur baby's scan as we have already given sedation for a dog for MRI Scan.and it is lying there and we have to attend to it.
Inspite of prior appointment with us they were minimum concerned about it. There was communication gap among staff and they were just throwing of the issue on other.they are not concerned about the patients.we had to return as they were very indifferent
Better think twice before visiting for SCans.as they use same equipment for humans and animals

Worrest place. They take so much time to give scanning reports and no one cares about your problem. For me they take 5hours to give report. Better to go some other test center.

No proper reception. No humanity to any of the staff not even 1%. Myself and mom arrived at 10.45am. Just for scan of feet they took almost 3hour.s. Before paying amount i was informed that test will be done in an hour. But we waited till 1.45pm but wr did not get our turn. Seeing my mom condition i requested many times finally it is done. Next for xray. Another 2 hours. Now its turn for reports. I waited till 5.50pm to collect xray report. How pathetic it is. Very worse servicr. Same xray at vijaya diagnosticee got in just 30mijutes why such delay at focus. Moreover no proper equipment no proper response. Xray guy shouts like a dog. Doesnt even cares of the patient safety. Sends those he is familiar with. No proper naintenance they do not maintain any slno. Let the patient die they do mot bother.
@ Doctors: please and please requesting you all dont suggest foucus diagnostic for any of thetservice this is my humble request

Please check as many times as possible before going to this diagnostics.
I called in the morning to their landline for complete blood test and also asked is it including with Sugar level also. Over phone they said YES.

After visiting and paying bill I asked lap technician they said Sugar level is not part of the complete blood test.

I asked the billing guy who said that we don't know who answered from our landline.

Worst possible place to go. I would rather pay more and wait twice the time i spent at Focus anywhere else and still be happy. Not even the slightest possible humanity left in any of the staff members. When we asked the ambulance driver why the ambulance was in so pathetic shape, beside being rude he said that this is free service and just shut up and accept it (In the first place, they told to take Ambulance, when we said we shall use our car). When i went to complain to the Ambulance Service Supervisor, Govind. He started shouting saying to stop this nonsense and just move on. I asked to talk to his manager, he then threw a complaint form on my face and said, you can fill that (if he would have the least fear that any action will be taken he wouldn't do that), then i spoke to the floor manager, he said he shall take immediate action on them and will change the ambulance for our return trip.after a long wait, he sent the same dog van, we rode to the diagnostics center.when i asked he said that is the best he can provide (Now i understood why the supervisor was so nonchalant about me writing a complaint about him). Finally i called my driver and asked to bring our car and we drove back in it. Stupid people manage this place, so they appointed the best morons in town.

It is very pathetic servise i have waitited more then 2 hours for 10mins of scaning it is very irritated service and charging more and giving service is very damshit service

After reading review i was skeptical as my doc recommended this. Took my kid for mcug and i appreciate there quick procedure. I had bad experience with lucid karkhana and relatively this guys are awesome for this test

The first time when I went for tests, I had a very bad experience. After taking appointment, and reaching on time, there was rush at reception counter with total chaos.

A machine had broken down and this information was not relayed to reception nor to HR or sales department who were manning reception counter!

Had this information been relayed then further appointments could not be given saving lot of confusion and anger amongst patients waiting for over an hour and above.

Patients from rural areas not aware of enquiry counter we're asking HR people who were rude in answearing, maybe they were not informed, causing frustration and asked to leave and come later. No specific date with apology rendered - hence a bitter taste. Yesterday when I took a chance without appointment, I had a very pleasant experience. Service was quick and with a smile although the doctor was late in coming maybe miscommunication internally?

Worst and irresponsible staff specially the report delivery department. They are least bothered about the patients and there is no professional conversation with the patients. Not recommended as per my experience.
