My sister-in-law recently underwent hemorrhoid surgery at Galen Hospital, and I wanted to share our experience.
Pos:

1. First and foremost, I must commend the surgeon, Dr. Prudhvinath.
His expertise and care were truly commendable, and we are grateful for the excellent surgical work he performed. We felt reassured and confident in his abilities throughout the process.

2. The post-surgery care provided by both doctors and nurses at the hospital was of a high standard. They were attentive and genuinely concerned about the patient's well-being, which made the recovery process smoother.

Cons:
1. Hygiene Concerns: One noticeable issue was the cleanliness of the hospital washrooms. Maintaining a hygienic environment is crucial for patient recovery and overall satisfaction, and this area definitely requires attention.

2. Dietary Choices: It was disappointing to note that the hospital provided spicy food for hemorrhoid patients. Dietary considerations should align with the medical needs of patients, and a more suitable menu would be appreciated.

3. Staff Behavior: At times, we observed a lack of sensitivity among some staff members when patients were resting. It's important for the staff to be trained in how to handle patients who are asleep or in recovery, ensuring they maintain a quiet and respectful environment.

4. Receptionist's Attitude: We also encountered issues with the receptionists. Their attitude came across as arrogant and unprofessional, which can be distressing for patients and their families during a difficult time.

My son suffered from typhoid. Dr.shyam sunder sir treated well and hospital staff took care of him very well and recovered in a day. I really appreciate nursing staff for their patience dealing with my kid.

Galen Hospitals is very nearest to Metro stop, infrastructure is also good, Hospital Staff and management care for the In-patients and Out- patients. Doctors are very good, whenever I visited the hospital, Doctors listens very well and correct diagnosis will be done.

Sufficient space for parking 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler. Really appreciate and recommend the hospital to visit if required.

Very un professional, firstly they will ask what u do, then raise u have insurance ryt? Then they’ll ask Why don’t you admit, for mild fever of 99-100 is it necessary to get admitted?

The doctors are really good and they have a lot of experience. They will make sure that you get the best treatment and they will treat you quickly. Visited last month for my friend's sisters Laproscopic surgery LaGood surgical facility at affordable cost. Doctors and staff are too good. Looks like a corporate hospital at normal rates. I prefer to recommend this hospital.

Worst patient help line, they don't even have any proper accounts department to tell the surgery package/cost, don't even receive any proper call back with the Query asked.

I and my wife visited Gelan Hospital, Miyapur on 10th August due to persistent fever. We met Dr. Lingaiah there. He suggested RTPCR test and after receipt of report he confirmed that we are suffering with COVID. His approach is very casual. He Again advised some more tests costs 6000 each. But we got tele treatment from appollo hospital without any tests and recovered fully.

Its a great clinic with all the great facilities for the best treatment of the patients. All the doctors and staff are very professional and experienced in their own fields. Would definitely recommend others to go here in the future. Thanks you Galen.

Guys be prepare worst happens before going there. VERY VERY poor in treatment. RMP doctors are far better than them. For simple fever literally am struggling from 1 month. May be they are getting less patients so they have tried all lab tests they have but still no Luck.

Doctors are good but management is bad. High charges, make your wait for an hour for simple treatments.

I am Dr. Venkata Ramana, Physiotherapist (MPT - Cardiovascular & Pulmonary Sciences) working with Galen's Multispeciality Clinics, specialized in Cardiac Rehabilitation after heart Surgeries & Pulmonary Rehabilitation Post-Covid and other lung issues, Weight loss training for obese and overweight individuals.

I am writing this review to create awareness on above mentioned fitness training programs which are part of Physiotherapy. The treatments like Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab are Gold-standard Internationally recognized cost-effective treatments, however, under-utilized due to lack of awareness among patients and thus, not referred. Moreover, recent Covid-19 has terrified the entire world consuming millions of lives. The pandemic has come down but, not over yet. With Inception of vaccines, effort from Doctors, Physiotherapists, and all first-line healthcare workers, patients have recovered from Covid Infection, but the residual effect of Covid is seen 1-3 months after recovery from infection. I have seen patients complaining of generalized weakness, fatigue and shortness of breath with daily activities and walking due to lack of strength and stamina, Of course, severity varies from patient to patient. If you have them, do consult a Pulmonary Physiotherapist for a safe and effective post-Covid Rehabilitation which is highly beneficial in reducing your symptoms and regaining your fitness.

To conclude, It is your health, you have to take-up the responsibility to ask your doctors, so you will benefit out of it and lead utmost quality of life.

Very happy with Rehab center facility at Galen. We admitted our dad for post covid rehabilitation.
The care and service provided by doctors, Nursing staff, Administration and Physiotherapist is very good. They were able to accommodate all requests from patient and attender. Personal attention from staff to each patient is a key distinguisher between Galen and other big hospitals.

I have visited this hospital and took the appointment.doctor suggested some tests to be done after 5 days so we took the reports on Monday as 7th day is falling on sunday.they are asking us to take new consultation again.

Best Hospital to get treatment for Covid19. Much Appreciated to each and every person in this hospital. All staff very much humble. Doctors are very experienced. They are very polite in talking to patients. It's also provides Diagnosis and scanning. One Stop to get good health.

We took Covid package, we are not located in Hyderabad, we heard about this clinic from relatives and approached the clinic, initially I have lot of confusion whether to go for it or due to our location constraint because if situation goes serious we can't go clinic easily and if doctor recommend any diagnostic tests it's difficult to get it done from local diagnostic centers, after evaluating all we opted for package, doctor is patience enough to hear, tought us when to think about hospitalize and assure us about recovery, before we start treatment we did CT and blood tests, we were not asked to do any new diagnostic tests, my family recovered without any complications, heart full thanks to Doctor Shyam Sundar garu and to the staff.
