This is West Home Care. Ratan Cherukuri West Manager. He is not responding to my phone calls and not paying my duty payment. Also the address is wrong.

Gateway this is the worst company I have worked in this company 45days the sir tushar he didn't gave my money it will be completed 30days since iam trying to contact him but he not answer my cls dont trust to tushar sir for her sweet word

The staff are not trained and pls don't believe their words, ask for the training certificate and all necessary documents. We got cheated like dat. No hygiene in person and while handling the patient. Tushar keep on calling for money but not bothered about the service the staff is giving and not willing to take feedback. This company is only for money not to provide proper service. Please do not waste time and money with this company. We had a very bad experience with Tushar.unethical and unprofessional. We just want everyone to be aware about this company. Worst service. Also named Laxmi from the company stated that girl doesn't have a security and started blaming family and spoke all vulgar language.please do not fall in this bogus.

Beware of this agency it doesn't have a office also in the mentioned address and beware of this fellow Tushaar he is very cunning and manipulative he comes to your house and collects the money and once he gets the money he don't respond to you also properly nor followup he pretends as if he's genuine but he is totally fake never believe him
Once he gets the money he will play with you by cutting the calls ignoring our calls
Totally agency is fake don't believe this fellow especially

the customers on the calls blocking their numbers and not responding to them
If you go to the address also you won't find any agency or office there this fellow should be behind the bars for cheating people taking money from them with name of fake agency if the people are old he will manipulate and take the money from them going to their house and don't respond them properly also instead he blackmails them
If they call him and don't answers the calls NEVER BELIEVE OR TRUST THIS FELLOW TUSHAAR

Tushar is the worst person I have ever seen they have taken full amount in advance and My dad passed away in 10 days so as per agreement he need to refund the half amount but he did not do. The care taker is very good person he has done every thing and he did not pay him also. They are making business with old aged people money and they are not paying to their caretakers who are doing their job.from 2 months I am following up every time he will tell today you will get the money.but nothing he won't pick the phone a part from that he will tell that he is busy and we are torturing him by calling. First of all if he refund the amount we won't call him.don't get into his sweet talk he tells all the stories. The care taker we got is very good person but Tushar is not a good person.

Worst experience. Care takers not able to meet hygienic requirements (Uses outside footwear at home, don't wear mask even on repeated mode of telling, don't dispose gloves and mask in dustbins throws everywhere) VERY POOR STAFF. Satff always doing personal work on mobile. Totally unsatisfied.
Changes staff for some other reasons even during emergency. DONT TRUST THIS SERVICE DURING EMERGENCY.

Worst experience ever. Sends inexperienced POOR STAFF, UNHYGIENIC STAFF. Staff leaves during emergency for xyz reasons. This POOR STAFF Complaints on CLIENT for silly reasons. Lot of miscommunication and confusion.
HOPE Tushar finds better trained and hygiene staff.

Do not believe this guy first he takes your money then sends poor quality caretakers who runaway within 24 hour span and when I ask my money back he never returns it. Its been 2 months since my money is stuck with him whenever I ask him to return the money he always cooks up some stories. Do not believe his HONEY TALKS. The way he is doing his business is really unethical and he does not understand the emergency of the patient and the family. "Please do not trust this guy".
