I am 77 years old man and I am working since last 50 years.and worked in renewed firms as security and vigilance officer.while I was working in Aparna unit met with a bad accident in which my hand, knee and ankle had fractures.i suffered for a two months and till 2021 had multiple health issues and used to hospitise several times and then I got semi paralyzed and Dr Ragahava Dutt operated my spine and from then my Physiotherapy treatment was started by Dr Bala Saraswathi madam. I had undergone physiotherapy for my knee pain when it was severe. In this center staff has treated me very carefully and with patience. After 12days now I am able to walk without severe pain.they have showed me some knee exercises which are giving me pain relief. I am doing those exercises.
