I have purchased the spectacles worth almost 17000. Shitiest product i have seen. Wore out in couple of months. Rubber got removed. Store manager said just sorry. I think they should be sorry to be existing on this planet scamming people

My wife & I went there yesterday on 05/Nov/2022 to do an eye test and to buy a frame + lens. They said Eye test is chargeable if we are not buying any product. Rs 300 it is! On all other stores like Lenskart, the eye test is free of cost even if you do not buy anything! We did the eye test, got the eye sight measurements. But, then comes the twist, they said there is Power correction from the current spectacle and suggested us to go and consult a doctor to have correct power measurements. I asked if the lady who took the measurements is a registered practitioner or not. The guy said 'Yes'. I paid Rs 300, they gave the prescription buy NO INVOICE. They said invoice cannot be given and they don't have one. That means they are providing a service which they are not authorised to provide with a COST imposed on to the customer. I will be escalating this to the local government authority of invoicing and taxation if there is a provision. Let us see what happens!

I visited the place to get my eyes tested and get new glasses. Kallol was the shop optician who tested my eyes. When my new glasses got ready. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of comfort I felt after wearing them. Kallol had done a good job.
However I wasn't too happy with the frame though expensive; it bit into my skin and wounded it. The metal frame was not suitable for me although it looked beautiful.
I was apprehensive and unsure if I could get a replacement or refund. However I reached out again and was relieved and happy that my frame could be replaced. Mr Anil, the manager was extremely helpful in sorting out the issue.
I am grateful to the staff at GKB Sarath City Mall.
I have greatest eye comfort and beautiful spectacles now. Thank you!

Purchased lenses and frame. Lenses are okay but frame is a low quality for which they charged high

I have always had a good experience with GKB, have been regular customer since 5 years, they have good collection and very friendly staff who are always helpful.

Excellent customer service. My specs were broken which generally doesn't get cover under warranty by any spectacle company. I called at the store and they forwarded my request to warehouse and got my specs replaced. I got new specs within 4 days to Indore. They shipped the glasses from Hyderabad to Indore and it doesn't cost me anything. Loved GKB, AMB Malls customer service! Thank you again!

This is a thieves paradise. I bought a Hugo Boss frame with Seiko lenses made from this store. Paid around 20k. Iteration 1 they made the glasses with wrong pd. Iteration 2, the frame has been fitted with lenses, which have irregular measurements, and the lens comes out even at a slight movement to the temple. The frame also started discoloration. They do not have correct replacement policies. Please avoid this place at all cost

Very narrow minded people. Dont know how to talk to customer, and especially when one has spend the money. After spending huge amount not ready to spare even few hundred and the tone with which denying is also arrogant. Also when spoken at the time of purchasing to get the bill in certain way, at the time of delivery just refuse it.
Wont visit the shop again.

Very narrow minded sales people. After spending a fortune they are hesitant to spare some extra glass cleaning materials. Neither they give freely nor they are ready to sale with extra cost. Store is big but lack of professionalism is clearly visible. No customer care number to provide feed back. Now am realising, did a mistake by buying my 1st spectacle from them.

Best in Hyderabad. The manager Suman Majumdar is brilliant. Recommended for everyone.
