We came know about Goutam Neuro Care from one of our neighbors. We have gone through spine surgery and it has been done by Dr Uday Goutam sir and everything went well. I have found that billing, admin and other staff are friendly.

I have never seen such a worst hospital in my life, No Staff Responsibility, No Parking, No Time Maintenance, After spending money here, go out and get tested, they say how much time will it take, they say it will take some time, our time has no value there.

My sister have Neck nerve problem for that we came to neeraja madam she really good doctor she did treatment for my sister is good and she now recovering slowly thanku for neuro goutham care

The Doctor here is one of the finest ones you can ever get. The approach to the problem here is commendable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Neeraja for Neuro related issues.

Goutam Neuro Care is a multi speciality hospital in KPHB & Gachibowli Dr Uday sir treatment is excellent & Jr.staff are most helpful and they explained discharge process very smoothly thanks to ur good support

I love hospital and maintenance as it is very hygiene and doctors and thier 24 hour availability sister hostility is very nice and my father was improved well regarding his health cuz of neeraja mam and no doubt he praises her for saving him from life threatening paralysis and stroke

It is very good hospital for neurological related issues. Gowtham sir and Neeraja mam took care of my mother during the treatment of head injury of hers. She recovered well during the admission.

Totally Horrible Experience. PLS PLS PLS to every PATIENT. Pls listen to this. IF ANY PATIENT who went with HEADACHES or head pain may be it nerve related or other issues. Pls take 2nd consultation with other DOCTORS? For a small Headache she is Reffering “CT SCAN” which is very very DANGEROUS ️ ️ to HUMANS. 1 CT SCAN Nearly its 350 times of of X-RAYS? Totally Got disturbed after listening to her and I went to CT scan and found NOTHING? This is completely cheating and disgusting. My family Doctors and relatives scoled me after doing this by listening her words. Totally upset after this news. Pls don’t go by seeing Postive reviews. Just observe 1 star reviews too. CT scan is very DANGEROUS. Don’t ever go to that for small Headaches or other pain issues.what I feel is just they are playing with patients lives. I don’t want to mention her name here. I hurted me badly. Unnecessary sufferings due to CT scan. Money isn’t a issue and suffering due to unnecessary SUGGESTIONs or prescribing causes more damage to patients. I won’t suggest any one to this Hospital. Be aware of these things. Don’t go blindly like me and suffer later.

I HAVE NOTICED 8/10 patients ALONG WITH ME CAME TO THE LAB SHE REFERRED FOR CT-SCAN. THIS SHOWS HOW SHE IS TREATING THE PATIENTS. LITERALLY SHE IS CREATING DAMAGE TO THE LIFE OF THE PATIENT … (As CT SCAN CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE TO HUMAN BODY)
Plz DONT GO FOR CT SCAN UNNECESSARILY. FIRST CONSULT RADIOLOGIST AND THEN IF NECESSARY GO FOR MRI or X-RAY …
Asalu CT SCAN CHEYALSINA AVASARAM E LEDHU.if patient is in very very critical situation, like if they are in ICU OR ANY OTHER SEVERE INJURIES THEN CT SCAN WILL BE RECOMMENDED. I FELT She is doing this for commission. DOCTOR IS UNNCESSERALIY ADVICING CT-SCAN for very normal issues. Simply putting patients lives on RISK.
SHAME AS A DOCTOR.

After going through consultation and Checking few reviews I noticed one similar point. That is “ CT Scan “. Ma”am I don’t know what you are up to. For general Headaches u shouldn’t recommend a CT- Scan which is very IONISING RADIATION ️. Which can Effect patients with a CANCER. U should Guide patient about the ct SCAN first and take the opinion of them. Don’t drag Their life from hospital bed to Somewhere else. Many INNOCENT Patients are becoming SCAPE GOATS after following your suggestions blindly. Take additional fees It just effect a little bit for middle class or poor. If u prescribe unnecessary SCANNING that Too CT scan radiation means it’s a LIFE TIME threat of a cancer. Check recent ICMR- DOCTORS pressmeet. Hope u won’t suggest innocent patients from now after seeing a review like this.

Doctor care was okay but the discharge formalities are like hell for insurance patients. None of the staff had clue of what they’re doing. They were very irresponsible. We literally waited for 5 hours just to get the discharge summary from a junior doc. Please hire better staff who know the meaning of accountability. And teach them how to value others time.

Worst hospital ever, please avoid this goutam neuro care, My grandfather had a small neuro problem, which can be cured but i lost my grandfather bcz of those surgeon's? , And atlast we refused to pay the fee and they were like 'its ok'and takeout the body first, here this shows, they have bad service, please admit in some other hospitals and save ur life's.

I got a good treatment from doctor. It's very nice and good communication with patiences.

My mum had a 1kg cyst in her ovary. She had a very hard time with it, and the surgeon was very skilled. My mum was especially happy with the anesthetician, the doctors took very good care and were very approachable. Would definitely recommend.

Too commercial.consulted Uday Gautam sir, sir asked to visit neurologist neerja mam after 1 min of discussion, i thought it will be free as he is not the right one to diagnose, but surprisingly they asked extra 600 for neerja mam seperately, it means i paid 600 for 1 min of general discussion.

Treatment wise super.thanks to Dr Uday Goutam sir and Dr. Neeraja mam. Billing charges comparing to other hospitals reasonable.specially thanks to billing team (Prashanth and Mayuri) definitely i will reffer my friends and family members

We have visited this hospital on 4th March 2022.my daughter fell off while she is playing and vomited so, we visited this hospital at 2 am. The staff were bestest. In the midnight also they responded very well and duty doctors and staff were there on that time. They handled baby very well.coming to the main doctors they are good and positive vibes with them. And doctor Goutham is a nice person and examined very well.i feel like home when I was in the hospital because of the staff and doctors. They treated my daughter like their family member and plays with her and engaged her during the canlac. And whenever we go to the hospital we think about bills than our health problem, but this hospital is noncommercial they don't charge unnecessarily. Best hospital in the town.

Hi All. I have been suffering from sevior numbness allover body since 4 years.consulted around 5 doctors around Hyderabad.but none of them treated me correctly.then, after seeing reviews I just choose this hospital by seeing reviews in the internet I went to hospital doubtfully.but after consulting Dr. Neeraja Garu.my numbness got reduced within 15 days of time.the way see talk to patients and treat them is quite awesome. She never recommends unnecessary tests.
And also when comes to staff.starting with the front desk to nurses all are friendly and polite.
Thier welcome is too gud and responsive behavior.
