Koti ent hospital Is the best hospital I have been take treatment in hospital was soo good nd violet unit doctors are awesome doctors Dr hameed sir ch madhumitha madam nd Dr archana madam nd Dr Riccha Prasad mam nd Dr nitesh sir all are showing love towards patients nd I have been flated for their love nd telling about sisters are also so nice nd awesome ex manju sister nd nd I don't know some names all r good

Treatment is good but timings for patients to get checked up by doctors are not clearly explained.

First problem op lane we have to wait for 2hours and then checkup lane and doctor they talk in very bad manner. Dr take hardly 5sec to talk with patients. Last one year I visiting this hospital they told in have to do nose small surgery. I am afraid of surgery that's y I take new op slip and do Chek up that doc also told every time do surgery. Today I Vista doc told to show physicians this is not ent doc to do treatment I want last min that'd y they told me like that worst doc.docr in God place.plz treat patients well

I would like share the experience of my visit to ENT Hospital koti now a days the practice of Doctors in OP is poor they are not at allowing to see the surgeon only practicing Staff is attending OP an It's my Request to Shri Narendra Modi jee An Shree KCR sir you people are paying so smart Salaries to Doctors n surgeon but they are not at all giving a 1% priority to patients an iam attaching a picture of one male Attender he is so rude he push my child an being so arrogant when I requested to see a Civil surgeon they is 1 Attender to she to deny so when they are not proper care for patients for what reason they take smart pay i request the Superior team to take action on this behaviours an the common people should not suffer like me!
Becos I have personally experienced it so I have human rights to speak on this matter!

Government E. N. T. Hospital is one of the oldest.specialty hospitals in hyderabad, india. It is located in koti and run by the government of Telangana. It exclusively serves the patients with ear,  nose or throat diseases across the state of Telangana.

When admitted junior Doctors don't listen to our questions just say eat this and tthis tablet n go away in hurry. It happens everyday and the morning cleaners shout to close and open the fans and lights when they come for cleaning in children ward, and ask for money also.

Doctors and staff are very good.they treat us like own family members.i feel very good in the hospital.

This is the worst hospital i vistied ever no doctor was coperative nd the lack of management its better to try to maintain the deciplin nd treat them how to treat the patient

Dr didn't talked with good behavior she was not ready to listen me yesterday i went ie 13 sep 2021 and 14 sep also i went bz medicine did not work for 5% really disappointed with Dr behavior action should take

I have in mouth thoart infection in the mouth inside have tonsils but I taken op visit doctor and doctor con't see my mouth inside but written tablets I am feel very shamefully without see how can write precautions

Even after 4 follow ups, their treatment had no beneficial effect for my chronic nose infection. I developed stomach issues after taking prescribed pills.

As a sidenote, don't trust any doctor blindly. Do your own research. Objectively speaking, an average doctor knows little about the human body. They may have a lot of biochemical knowledge when compared to an average citizen but that's just relative. They are the most overrated professionals on this planet. I say this after consulting over 20 doctors in a span of 2 years.

I admitted due to Black fungus doubt they have done Sinusitis surgery on Jun 1st operation done on ENT Govt Hospital.
They collect sample at operation theater and sent for culture test but they didn't give me report of that sample test and I asked about sample test report they ignore me.every two weeks they said me to come for review, I am attending also but I visited on 08/11/2021 they checked my nose with Endoscopy and they gave me prescription without patient name.and they checked my nose but nothing did in my nose they wrote S&C done.when I was there one more patient was there, may be doctor distributed wrong prescription to wrong person.

This is one of the best hospital for ENT. I was deaf and running nose and In this hospital 3 surgery's done for me.now I can hear very well and breath very nicely.thanks for the treatment.this was happen (2007 to 2011)

It's situated near to Sultan Bazar Metro station.

The hospital is so good in cleanliness & greenery atmosphere.

If you want a quick service then you have to go very early.

There are multiple windows available to serve the male & female patient separately.

One thing is for sure. Very crowded place.

Campus is very spacious to park your bikes or cars free of cost.

Government lunch is also available near to police fandi inside the campus.

Doctors & staffs are very professional to their work.

If you got your OPD ticket, then it'll take more than 2hours to reach the doctor's chamber by my times standing & seating at chairs.

Overall it's good for normal people.

Op unit is good, toilet maintenance very poor, you can't believe this is state head quarter ENT hospital

One of the best ent hospital. My mother has undergone ear surgery in this hospital. Especially many many thanks to Dr. Sudarshan reddy garu for the way he treated my mother. He helped us in all the situations right from beginning.

Worst experience my one month Tim west for drama after all the blood tests doctor give me admition date after 6months.

Doctors are very good but nurses are waste, they have no patience, they had more proud especially two members

Ward washroom maintenance is too bad.
Warden ask money Everytime from entrance to exit

చాలా బాగా చేస్తున్నారు ఆపరేషన్ లు మా అమ్మకి సక్సెస్ అయ్యింది. కొందరి వల్ల అందరికీ చెడ్డ పేరు వస్తుంది. దేవుళ్ళు ఉన్నారు ఈ హాస్పిటల్ లో డాక్టర్లు కాదు.

This hospital was built by Nizam.the doctors of this hospital are polite and good but the watchmens and ayas are very rude. They think themselves as doctors and here there will be a queue here but this watchmens will charge some extra money to let some people go first without any queue but as we all knew that this is govt hospital that means it is free but because of this watchmens are very bad.

Waited for exactly 4 hours to just get 2 minutes of a doctor, doctors are well versed but the infrastructure is waste.

Thousands of patients visiting here, for Eat, Most, Throat, problems. There is a huge rush for out patient, the timings for out patients are not sufficient, I think more than thousand patients visits only at OP. The doctors are well experienced, some of them are medication/intern students also. Please enhancentime for op and audiology tests.

No one is responsible. In govt hospital s, govt leaders and affecial talks much more about govt hospital we are doing good that nothing is change. Ent hospital Jst for name sake casualty Only one Dr is there how many case s should attend and in between she's is busy with phone calls and simply telling emergency Jst wait. How long we have To wait with pain very bad experience worst govt facilities.

Very very bad experience serious sinus head ache after sitting 2 hrs doctor said nothing.no medicine no treatment.

Doctor is not asking problem. Same tablets & drops for everyone.

Our uncle admitted in this hospital for nose surgery. I was with home at that time
Treatment is very good. We took special room room is good. The room rent is very cheap only 250 rupees per day. I recommend this hospital for ear and nose problems.

This hospital needs a lot of improvement I would highly suggest you not to go here if you can afford the bills trust me I had a really bad experience my daughter was suffering with ear infection, the doctors here are not professional they are just medical students when our turn came the doctor barely spent like two minutes or so and guess what she told "there's hole in your daughters ear operation needs to be done after twenty years". We were shoked. I couldn't believe that doctor so we went to a private hospital there we were told that everything's alright. I'm not being disrespectful or anything I'm just trying to look for the people who can't afford to go to private hospital just imagine what would have happened if it was someone else with no education or no basic knowledge. My point here is the doctors need to analyse the problem carefully and then give a conclusion about what should be done but they shouldn't feed lies to people. If you afford the medical bills go somewhere else there are other govt hospitals too.even if you go here just don't blindly believe what they say be a bigger person and don't rush things off If they say something serious pls make sure to recheck I mean no offense just stating the truth which has to come out.

Tablet How to used not suggestion. Any problem give tablets.he say some costly tablets purchased out sides give answers

I experienced, one of the best ENT hospital. Hospital is very neat and staff is very good and polite to patient. Doctor treat the patient is awesome. Medicine is given at hospital and it's very good. My son is suffering from ear pain from last one year, after consulting ENT hospital Koti with in three days my child doesn't have ear pain and he is normal. Timings for out patient is 8: 30am to 11: 30am till token is given and after who ever token is given for them consulting will be done with doctor. Better go before 10am

Arrogant staff not happy with the service, especially clinical pathology 3 staff misbehaving with patients take action

We are poor we are struggling for our lives but never felt bad but in this hospital we lost our respect by management and doctors plz renovate hospitals we are poor we always see for government hospitals coz we don't have enough money plz dont forget that we are also humans, dont treat us like slaves, doctors we give respct to u bt u people wont deserve that respct stretch ur hands to help the needy

I have worest experience with doctor. Especially lady doctor that all are not experienced and they are violent they dont know how to treat and respect the patients. OP doctors are worest and they dont have experience not more than 1year. My best suggestion to govt. Please check the doctors how to treat patients. And do inspections regularly

Hospital facility is nice but the some doctors not all and staff behaviour towards patients is not at all good. I observed that there is no patience in some doctors which is very sad for the patients who believes them

I hate the hospital.and also all government related hospitals.
I suffering from ear problem (tinnitus) after my two visits, doctor said to me there is no operations for your disease, and suggested to me to wear ear aids.
And i received a prescription by the doctor.i went to the hospital pharmacy they given me (paracetamol) tablets.

Very bad for op so much big Q across 300 above members only 3 doctors available is it Fair and No Doctors proper response to patients No one taking any action on it

Doctor response towards patient was very kind which you didn't get even if you visit corporate hospital.
As I'm suffering from ear problem which was very frequently occurring then I visited this place after visiting other corporate hospital.where I'm not cured.
Here I got a good solution from the doctor thank you doctor for your kind treatment.
The only problem with this hospital is too much crowd
You need to go as early as possible in the morning around 7am then you got treated by 9am.

Its So Long People Visiting this place for ENT Check ups and Operations, Mainly Poor people and Middle Class People come here, nearly people visit from all our Telangana and Neighborhood States.
