Availed their service recently for my mother in law. They have taken the full monthly amount in advance and placed a lady. However the lady denied to stay on second day. They failed miserably to replace the lady. It's been 20 days and they haven't replaced. Worst service and non-reliable. I have availed thinking as it's nearby i can get a quicker response.
