Customised services according to our skin types. My skin is soo sensitive, done waxing service in other salons but after couple days I got rashes on skin. When I came here Nirosha suggested me for brazilian wax. It worked and suits for me. All the staff are very polite and they have solution for every skin/hair problem.

I was very happy with the cleanliness of the place and all the measures that were taken to keep the place safe for customers during this pendamic. Worst management, the lady who is at front desk Name SIRISHA don't even know how to take to customer's, I have booked appointment one day prior with one perticular person at perticular time, i reached 10 minutes before that the time and I asked for service, she told it will take more one hour as the assigned person is busy with some old customer when I asked you would have informed me by calling that the service will take some time but why you didn't called me, the answer I got from her we will not inform if you want to wait wait if not you can go, then I asked why should I go even I am paying for you then she started say you are just paying for haircut she is my five years customer who take lot of service from us and we get good profit from her, we can't leave that customer just like that just for your petty cash, she even told you are after all one customer out of thousands of customers, when I told i will give the same review she said go heal with your review. She kind of people you are hiring. This is not the right way, I want to know what is the action will you take on her. The hair cut is also sppoiled my son's birthday event your guide has sppoiled. The hair stylist vinod don't know any thing.time waste and money waste. I need to know from you people what is action you people are taking on her.

The receptionist/front desk manager - SIRISHA is fit for nothing. She doesn’t know how to do her job. These were the literal words she said “you are just one of the customers” is this something a customer should be hearing from the staff? Is this something anyone would be okay hearing?
She does not have the basic sense, to intimate it to the customer that the staff we requested for a day prior is not available. I was asked to wait for an hour when I reached on time because of another customer. She told me that she wouldn’t call me to give me information about my appointment when there were changes made from them. Management, I highly suggest you get better staff. I need a call back from the management (higher officials). If not I’m filing a case in the consumer court for being called a “useless customer”. The entire bill was fully paid. No free services were provided. She said you’re after all a customer, and I’m not being paid by you. Does the staff only provide good service if we pay them personally? Are we not paying the organisation? I need a call back. If not I’m filing this.

Worst management. Men used to come women section for hair cutting. Worst management to keep women privacy and safety. Women used to half covered while having the pedicure or other face services. This green trends beside sujna fourm mall is not safe for womens becase of worst management. I will not recommend this green trends never. They took literly 3 hours time to complete my service. There were cloth Curtains covered half section for pedicure service, its clearly visiable who are other side. Its not the men fault who are wirking there.it's a management fault.please owner and manager look into this issue and avoid further violation.

Pathetic service. Unprofessionalism max. The guy who cut my hair wasn't even patient, he pulled the towel as I ask him to cut more, and was giving silly reasons when I asked why. Had to go to another place to get it fixed. Save your money and time. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Prices are too high compared to other salons.no music.and mainly manager is busy by watching here and there.zero customer centric approach.management is not so gud.i only liked here is the girl who appointed me.she has smily face.she is giving explanation on prices while manager is looking down like a girl.i donno why is he there for. Availed hair spa service with stylist Mr Siva. After Service hair was very smooth and shine and most importantly followed protocols and sanitisation well for service.

NIROSHA did an amazing job for all the services I wished for. She has great customer service skills and a very friendly behavior.

I had a very bad experience today. I got silver premium done. Pedicure and Manicure are such a waste. I could clean my nails, hands and feet better at home. The facial was so messy and the massage not at all satisfactory. Really not worth it

Best Ambience and Hygiene staff. Went for a Facial and Hair cut weeks ago and really loved the experience over there. Nirosha gave suggestions for my skin type and did facial which was so relaxed and effective. Also she gave few tips to improve and maintain my skin. Had the same level of experience with my Hair Cut from Mr. Raj and I really loved my New style.

I’ve been to this salon today and I’ve got pedicure and waxing done by Asha. I had really bad cracks on my feet but Asha has done really magic. I have never seen a person clean my feet so well compared to her. Take it sanitation, cleanliness or professional beautician she is the best.
