WORST WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Unprofessional staff. Worst service and least maintained. They don't do the facial you ask for, instead they pressurize you to get the one they suggest, saying your skin is dry, your skin is uneven, Hyderabad pollution is too much.blah blah. OMG! The facial was not even cleaned properly, it was all over the ears and neck. Damn unprofessional staff. Waste of money, a facial which costed around 3k made zero difference. It was so quick. Also, they insist alot to go for other packages though you are not interested. They play a trick saying it's complimentary. Don't believe. That's all trash.
My boys had haircuts in Green trends Pragathinagar, not at all satisfying even road side small barber shops can do better.not going to recommend boy haircuts here.
One of the best and finest saloon in all over in pragati nagar i have done a curly hair cut really superb and oxygen facial is done by rama both are nice and trainee professional hair dresser mounika is very good communicating and following my instructions with patience is good and politely and very nice please visit once and have a great experience
The atmosphere is very pleasant. And the staff are really friendly and professional. The prices are affordable. The membership proved useful in the long run.
People over there are not at all professional. They are not concerned about the service we ask for. Instead they ask us to get other services done as well. We went for waxing and pedicure but the worker over there forced us to get manicure/facial done. They say our skin is dry so get this facial. If we disagree then they do not perform the service with bare minimum interest. Got signature pedicure done, which was a total waste of money. Next day the dead skin popped up like thorns. Callus was not removed at all. Service which usually takes 45 mins was done in 20mins.
Worst experience. Workers are not at all professional. Always cut my skin while threading even after I warn. Very poor maintenance. I got spots on my skin after waxing. Don't know what products they use.
I dunno if my one negative review will help others. But these people will loot our money. Just think before you go to any salon. When you get your hair done from a salons like this is not worthy it. Because they wash our hair, then cut our original hair and then they blow dry it. Blow dry will blow of the next day. And 1050 is not worth it. Only the hair cut remains the same. The next day when u wash your hair it will come back to original.

I took my kid for haircut today.it was great experience. The person who assisted my kid is exceptionally polite.he didn't even uttered single word. He patiently did whatever my kid kid asked.he is the best My 8 year old said this was his best haircut experience.hairstylist name is moshin.sorry if I'm wrong with the name.
I really loved thier service. They are really helpful. From facials to hair doing they are well versed. They have good range of products and new techniques to ease your hair grooming and beauty needs.
Ambiance are good, I have observed all the staff are covered with PPE but same lazyness in covering face mask, also I have observed they using same Scissors for cutting/ removing the hair in nose. During this pandemic It would be good if they sterilize the Scissors before they use for other customers. I felt price is also little high for all the service.
It was very good experience with Jessica she really does a very good service and I really recommend her she is so talented and keeps smile on her face all the time which is most needed in welcoming the clients she listens to customers very patient and do the customer requirements correctly and safely.
I have been going to this place for 2 years, every time I return from a haircut I find defects in the haircut, staff is unprofessional, inexperienced, not talented, careless and they talk like they know everything but give us a very bad haircut and they don't know anything about hair styling, they just cut hair randomly without any technique, overpriced salon. Charged me ₹277 for haircut and I have membership there, I'm not even sure if I got any discount because they don't even give u a bill, recently after my haircut, my hair looks bad and left a lump of hair near my neck which looks weird and uneven haircut, I think normal low standard salons do better haircut and they know what they are talking about and they don't bluff to give u an awesome, unique haircut.

They r maintaining good hygiene and sanitizing chairs and other tools before every use. Even the towels are for single use only. Had my hair style updated recently with the stylist Roohi. I will reccomend her as your personal stylist.

The seniors persons who are ther especially Mr.shankar he is so attitude as he is senior and dont no how to speak to a customer, he has to learn by seeing Ajay before he ist work here in greentrends, now he is working in Madhapur greentrends, he is such a respectable person.
Good ambience. Staff is very polite. Mr. Jagadish attended me, he is very professional and very polite. Only thing is staff is not wearing gloves.my suggestion is that staff also should wear a normal shirt like ppe kit. Other than this everything is fine and good.
