Worst place dont visit they cheated me they are doing fraud business i will file a case on them they charged more than 4000 they are telling all lies friends please dont waste your hard working money i will take revenge on all of them with physically

Useless receptionist told me I had to wait for max 20 min for haircut.but I waited for more than an hour and still no one addressed me.they were doing timepass among themselves while I was waiting. Very bad place.

Very good service. Happy to get my keratin hair treatment done by Abhishek. He has a good knowledge about the treatment and has paitence in his work. They follow the qhole process even if it is time taking. Staff is also very helpful and co- operative. Very happy to visit green trends always.

Worst service ever they tell us what service should we take from them instead of providing what customer wants. What type of revenue strategy they maintain its really the worst. If we ask for anything they simply tell us its not available with us you should take the service which is at the price that touches the sky.

Very bad service.had to walk out without getting a haircut after waiting for one hour. They don't know how to address customer's and don't respect people's time.

Worst experience this time, i had taken service of hair cut and beard, from that evening itching sensation started 1 day later visited Dr suggested as this as infection. Careful guys while taking service here.

Abhishek has done a wonderful job, I didn’t even feel a strand of my hair was move he’s hands were so smooth and as time passed I didn’t even know when it started and ended. He is a very vibrant and positive professional had a very good experience in hair cut hair colouring and styling definitely recommend him, well if you don’t choose him u will miss out on the best is wat I can say.

The staff here is very rude, whenever i visit this store they just say we are having a break and we don't do it now even if I visit one hour prior closing time.
From next time make some time for delegates and give proper hospitality

I have been to Green Trends since 1 year the service is good, the atmosphere is welcoming in srinagar colony branch. Excellent service by Akshaya, very much satisfied with her service. She is so calm and patient and also maintains smile on her face everytime. Recommended.

Recently I have opted for green trends @Sr nagar balakampet branch. When Rahima and team gave me a quotation, and confirmed @6PM please refer attached screen shot. When booking is 6pm they didn't show up till 6: 45. Due to late arrival they didn't make up well & caused a lot of stress. Brides day is completely ruined. Agreed on saree drapping @mandapam. Declined @time of muhurtham. Hair styling jada is completely fell off & pins all out from hair refer pictures. Hair roots are awkwardly displaying. Under make up is so patchy in mins after makeup.

I requested to contact management of branch. They concluded management is not available.

Ajay is not a great stylist. Too rude, and not willing to answer basic thing asked.
Never doing it again from Ajay. Bad experience with Ajay.
Opted for him since Abhishek wasn't available. Abhishek is really nice and polite and brilliant work. I left saloon without the service due to the treatment Ajay gave, will come back again only to get done from Abhishek.
