Green Trends Unisex Hair & Style Salon

I have been visiting this salon chain for the last 8+ months now, and visited different branches from Kavuri Hills, Kondapur to Gachibowli. I would say they DO NOT have a single hairdresser who could do even the basic job nicely. Every time I visited, I needed to revisit to get it corrected. Barbers here don’t even know the basics of haircuts. Even after showing them pictures and guiding them in the best way, still, the guy would screw up your hair to the core from where there is no going back! They don’t even understand normal trimming of hair too! One of the instances where the guy chopped the hair from the front in a straight line just like Sadhna cut and from the back it was long! Can you imagine the type of understanding they have?
Even a normal barber shop guy does the job way better than these folks, I got it done for 60 rupees, and that was the best haircut I would say!
These fancy salons with no good professionals are a new trend, plus they would come up with a marketing strategy of membership and make sure you get that, so you would keep visiting their chains in the city which is a pathetic trap!

I usually never write negative reviews, but I am writing this after 8+ months of horrible experience, this SALON is one of the WORST in the town!

We had booked an appointment and visited your Kondapur outlet near Chirec school and the watchman just didn’t let us park the vehicle and asked us to leave there even though there was ample space available for the car to park. It was at 4 pm not even a peak time where other cars or vehicles were parked and he was very rude. If you can’t provide parking then please shut down the store.

Good salon for your hair they take good care for your hair and face for sure

Actually this is my first hair cut.before did tried many places that came back why dont know. This time came forward and i think came to best place for my hair. They are very helpful to take suggestions pp

I went there for haircut, and i instructed how much to cut but the person who was cutting my hair made my hair much shorter. When i complained, he didn't accept his mistake and argued and even the Manager argued instead of accepting the mistake. I am fully disappointed with their behaviour and service. I hope no one goes to this parlour or else will suffer like me. There are other things also which i didn't like. Unprofessional people with no experience.

Appears I was customer 1. Walked in at 1002 hrs. Immediately greeted and served. Mikesh was cheerful and efficient. Keep it up.

Very worst treatment, I went for waxing and haircut.haircut was ok not satisfactory but after the waxing was done I developed some bubbles and I had to visit the doctor now to get it removed

It was an Excellent customer service I received so far in green trends or any other franchise I went to. It is especially because of the Employee there names Raju. He is so knowledgeable in the salon industry & he was also guiding the other juniors who were newly joined, its great to have such employees which will increase customer satisfaction as well. He doesn't seems like working he just living his job with lots of joy & fun. It's great to interact & get know many things on personal care from our end. He gave so many suggestions on how to manage hair & face. He was very much friendly which doesn't even felt like it took 2 hrs. I definitely suggest to come, try once & you won't regret.

I would like to recommend Asif for hair cut and hair related service. He is nice person as well as good knowledgeable person about hair dressing and related service.

This is my first hairspa at greentrends and in my life time, firstly I was really skeptical about it but the professional stylist Asif took a real care of my hair and am delighted with the service. Hope you visit the salon. Full five star rating.

His statement was-You have been to other salons, checkout how different we are. And believe me they are, i had to visit other salon to look human the next day.

Went here for Haircut and trimming and my experience was not good, they don't have proper trimmers/scissors for hair cut and they have untrained people for haircut/hair wash. I would never recommend this place for Haircut! Nearby Naturals is much better as they also charge extra for such unprofessional services.

Well maintained services offered is worth the price and staff knows what they are doing and are knowledgable

In order to give review I need to give one star even which they do not deserve. I went there to get haircut for my daughter but even though giving clear instructions about cut required, hair stylist just cut all the hair from forehead area making her look very ugly and the staff was unapologetic by just saying it would grow once again.

Also even though they made commitment for bills otherwise money back, they just took money from us and didn't even bothered to give us bill policy should be there.

They force you to take high amount services when not even required. When needed basic haircut, repetitively force to take advanced.

Everyone is busy upselling services while doing sub standard work. Be ready to dole out cash here

Supposedly one of their best facial (ilumani) is just okay and classic pedicure is quiet sub standard. You can easily get a better classic pedicure at local parlour or UC at lesser price and much better service at same rate at other salons nearby.

Very nice service and they maintain a very good hygiene. Well sanitized. I must recommend Green trends service at Botanical garden location. I did hair cut and hair smoothening by Ganga and clean up by Sandhya. Both of them are very nice and so professional. I just love the service they did. Very impressed with their behaviour. Liked the service. Ms. Supriya did facial that made the skin glow and I liked it and Ms. Ganga did hair cut that I loved!

The best salon in botanical gardens area do visit I can give them more then 5 star if it's possible. They have given me the best look for me and my wife. Good job guys
