Visited greentrends for facial and haircut done by Suresh I really had good experience here at my first visit all safety services you can avail at nallagandla store I suggest my friends also

The place is neat & clean, smells good. The seats are comfortable, the staff is polite and understand Hindi, English, and Telugu. There is a small waiting area available at the entrance. They provide discounts to members only. Skill wise I found them good not great on my first visit, let's how it goes on subsequent visits (shall update). UPI, Card, Cash payment options are available here. Small parking in front for cars and sufficient parking for bikes is available. They sell certain brand cosmetics also.

They are taking nice safety measures for the customers and also great service. Really liked it and Stylist Nagaraju is Amazing. Totally Recommended.

This time my appointment for a haircut was booked in prior, however I was made to wait for 30 mins after reaching the Place stating no availability
The blunt reason given to me for additional wait time was that the system did not show up your pop up for appointment

Earlier a couple of times until I knew about the membership program and online appointment procedure I was straight away denied for service stating that you will need a appointment in prior
After my 2nd service I bought the membership to avail few services and quality haircut for my daughter
Though their service might be good in quality but the service & treatment given to customers even after becoming a member is worst
Hope they improve their services

Went for anti hair fall spa, massage was ok but while combing the lady, who was providing the service, pulled my hair like anything and consequently I got more hair fall. There was NO 'Handle with Care' approach.

Hair cut for women was aweful. The lady did not even wash my hair and cut cut.with dry hair.charged me 1000 bucks saying it was a creative cut but it was so dam aweful!
