Very good service provided by geetha. For her it would be 5 star. The waiting time is bit more so I have given 4 star. Overall very good service. Geetha is great in pedicure and waxing
Never ever try this salon again, worst experience we had with the staff they dont even respond properly to the clients, they will test our patience so much, i will suggest everyone to not to visit this salon again

I have been visiting for past 4-5 months. I'm never given a bill. They always say bill will be sent to mobile and I don't get the bill. I AM NOT PROVIDED A BILL FOR FOUR TO FIVE MONTHS.initially I thought it's a tech glitch. But now it does not look like it Fictitious part is they handwrite the bill and I'm not sure they are charging the right price. Good service but these lose ends of hand writing the bill and non communication of irks the customer and makes them look for other branches r franchise itself

I had an appointment with this parlour once. My beautician was soujanya. I had pedicure & facial. It feels so relaxing. She is extremely talented and very talkative. She is very good! Highly recommendable.

I went for a hair cut recently here. They treated my hair like a wig or lifeless one. The staff is not having a basic experience, the haircut was pathetic. Even though I'm holding membership in green trends from the last few years this is the most pathetic parlour i have ever seen.never gonna visit any green trends again
I called the outlet and enquired about the prices by mentioning on haircut for a baby girl. They gave me some price and in the next 1 hour after my visit to their outlet, they changed the price. Also they have collected the service tax which is 18% but no bill provided to us. The owner or the incharge is just calculating the service tax in calculator but they don't even have the proper system for the service rate and respective tax calculation. I will not recommend this outlet.

Have been using the service for around 5 years, earlier their service is of high quality and hands down had one of the best stylists in the area, however down the years the service quality was diminishing. I recently got a basic hair cut (men) but the experience was pathetic. Was looking at the prices online and was shocked at what this particular franchise was offering. It is mentioned 185 /220 for membership and non-membership respectively. (Attached screenshot below prices official website) Was charged around 300 no official bill provided that mentions the service cost and tax accordingly. Despite that, the service for shampoo and conditioner was not offered. Asked the stylist about shampoo service mentioned it is charged separately.
Not sure why this franchise is not honouring the brand quality green trends promises its customers.
Not at all satisfied with the previous experiences and having doubts to visit this franchise in near future.
I’ve got Keratin treatment from Green trends Chandanagar and the service was extremely good. Ramesh has done a great job on my hair and the overall experience was great. The staff was friendly too. Thank you.
Hair cut was good.they charged me more for a basic hair cut and never gave me bill.after billing they told me I'll get the bill as a message on phone which never happened. Only the hair stylist wore the mask and none of the other staff wore mask in the whole saloon which I felt was not right. No gloves used. There were around 8 to 10 staff.
Pathetic Service Went for Hair coloring (Highlights) first they don't have colors which you prefer and they don't even have colors which they prefer All they do available shade which is really bad. I asked for highlights but they just ruined my hair look. They just put color for money sake. Greedy Management & Staff. Don't know about other service but never gonna suggest neither visit this place again
Came here for a trendy hair cut, a good service and maintaining all the safety measures in the pandemic situation. I was impressed by hairstylist. Like to visit again. Green trends is evergreen.
Went for U cut of my daughter. Though it was normal U shape it was done pathetically. Tried to convey there itself that it is not done properly but person who did haircut kept on saying that is fine. He kept on saying it's due to hair type and not even tried to correct it. Lost lot of hair and also not satisfied. Terrible stylist. Will never visit it again. Still repenting.
They over charged for everything. From cleaning charges to what not. For a wax a simple hair cut they charged around 3000 INR. Extremely costly not professional. Committed some other price and bill was extremely expensive.

It has been 20 days done with pedicure.it was late evening so service was done in hurry burry and skin on the feet has been hurted, and my skin got infected and the bruise reminds me of that service.
Previously too tried for makeup which was more normal like a women does a casual make up and the price seems to be like a make up artist prefers. Not advisable!

Rates were exorbitant and unreasonable. They haven't provided me a tax invoice but collected GST from me. After my leaving I have received a SMS of my appointment. May be they have created a fake appointment to build up some record. Mr. Anil has provided me the haircut. He was bargaining the whole time to land me into needless packages. Haircut and beard styling was unprofessional and cheap class.

This time service was very poor. Eyebrows were not set perfectly also hair & beards were not set properly. They did hair cut and eyebrows set up like unprofessionals. Waste of money.
