It's nightmare to explain, treatment was good but when it comes to billing and discharge process I will rate 0 for response of team, no one is supportive there patients attender should run floor to floor for completing process.

Received excellent treatment for my mother P. Andalu who was in ventilator for 1 week and finally recovered by the expertise skills of Dr. Aleem and Dr. Sujeet. Our first & Great experience with Guru Nanak Care Hospital, Musheerabad, Hyderabad. On 06th April'2023 morning around 08: 00, I took my husband K. Ravinder Rao, to this hospital when he was stable in condition except pain in the chest which was slowly rising, after an abnormal ECG at Vijaya Diagnostics, Bhoiguda, Secunderabad, i.e. At around 07: 25 am n with our neighbours/Docs Family in our apartment suggestion. The Security personnel were very attentive, the Front Office Employee Smt. Vijaya, who is a Patient Relationship Executive (PRE) received us with good care n guided the way/direction to Emergency. The duty Dr.along with the staff was quick n spontaneous in taking action in Emergency too. The Duty Doctors immediately took an ECG which came as Acute Heart Attack, asked me to bring an Injection from the pharmacy n the same was administered while the Senior Consultant Cardiologist Dr. Gulla Surya Prakash Garu, reached within 15 mins of administering the life saving injection (which dissolves/unblocks the vessels/artery) n briefed the pros n cons of injection n the next steps, which gave us strength. Mrs. Vijaya briefed me about the process of Insurance Claim n helped me completing the admission process n formalities in an easy way in my panicky situation. Meanwhile, I finished the admission process, the staff shifted my husband to ICU with their 100% cooperation n coordination. As the pain in the chest was reoccurring even after half an hour to 45 mins in the ICU, the Dr.alerted the hospital staff n briefed me about the critical condition of my husband, prepared to take him for an Angiogram within 4 mins n placed a Stent in the left artery with 95% blockage n an inhibitor infusion in an 45% blockage in an other artery n administered an internal injection for so many other clots which was a right decision of Dr. G. Surya Prakash garu. Kudos to Dr.for his spontaneous n right/ correct decision of placing a Stent n proceeding further at the time of angiogram itself, as every second n minute was crucial in that constrained n critical moment, Dr. Acted rightly. Any further delay could have been fatal to my husband's life. Dr. Surya Prakash Garu saved my husband. My husband got discharged on 10th April with a big list of Do's n Don'ts explained/counselled to both of us in maintaining Diet, lifestyle changes n other better ways of improving life. Thanks to Dr. G. Surya Prakash Garu, all other Doctors on duty, Sisters/Nurses & the entire Hospital Crew/Team who have rendered their services n reacted spontaneously. Dr. G. Surya Prakash Garu's Assistant M/s. Sirisha, who is always available 24/7 at our finger tips over whatsApp n calls for clearing our small doubts n queries after the discharge, which gives immense strength to us. CARE hospital care for money not patients. Admitted in this hospital because I regularly taking treatment with Dr. G Suryaprakash, Cardiologist & Dr. Syed Abdul Aleem, Pulmologist, experienced & Good dictors. While admitting I have Opted for cash less payment (insurance). This hospital charged heavily mentioning variety of charges. For cashless (insurance) treatment they charge heavy room rent & they add Rs. 1500 service charge per day. The improper billing of this hospital to loot money resulting insurance was not approved for big amounr of bill. This is hospital tactics to loot money from patients. They will not give you CT scans & Xray films. Again you to pay extra to take the films. If we discuss they say this is rules framed by them. I advice not to get admitted in this hospital. They are looters. They only care for money not patients. Be aware.
The Hospital has provided good medical treatment. The medical professionals especially doctors are highly knowledgeable and compassionate. The other staff are ever ready to help. Overall the medical care is excellent. However my personal opinion is treatment vis-a-vis charges are not to the satisfaction.

Though this hospital is good, the patient died. Some of the facilities are not available and depend on out side agencies. Emergency situations get time dilated and patient get drifted to the end point of life. Nobody seems to reckon this. Private hospitals cannot own every facility and government hospitals can have, all facilities but mostly not in working order because recommended or compassionate appointees. If patient or supporters are lucky things would go smoothly. I went around hospitals for over half a century.
Speciallly thanks Mr Venkata Chaitanya (Urologist) taking care of me really appreciate his approach to patient. Care hospital musheerabad we'll maintenance and hygienic are excellent. The nursing staff in the ward are also very good and use to visit patients frequently and provided medicines time to time.
No proper facilities. Good for normal treatment but avoid when having emergency cases and major complications. Charges high price. The doctors are also not present and too much lag.essentially neuro doctor.waiting for 03 days but not visited doctor.
My father k sriramulu admitted under dr.aleem sir (pulmonologist) with breathlessness problem he was treated with good treatment and care.thank you so much dr.aleem sir for your concern care and kindness and i also thankful to the nursing staff and hospital staff for their response
The most Nightmarish experience ever. I would rate negative if possible. The Doctors are money minting machines here! They would treat you for the diseases you don't have - just for keeping you for so many days and conducting every possible test on you! They will threaten you if you refuse so many tests, that the patient might regret it later.
On top of it, in our case, the doctors were getting mad at us when we asked for any information or quratiins about the patient's condition.shouring at us to take the patient away.all we wanted was some information to know more about our loved one. And the facilities are worst than a government hospital.
They can go to any extent - tell you that your loved one is counting their minutes/hours, just to keep your tension high which they can cash in. In our case they told us to call all relatives for the last moments. My loved one just walked in to get an ECG and ended up in ICU with stomach ulcer, kidney problem, urine Tract problem, liver problem etc etc as per doctors. They ran every test possible and kept for 10 days and gave no diagnosis in the end, so the insurance also didn't pay anything. I am so glad we came out of that place finally and doing great now.
The experience gives us goose bumps even today and reminds us of how shameful some of these doctors mentioned in the reviews here are, for the medical profession.
Would dread if I have to visit again any time in life and never ever recommend these doctors to anyone!
