I went to collect VIVO IPL 2019 finale tickets. Inside place was good but out side totally opposite of inside. Actually i stand for more than 3Hours to get my tickets. They wont care about who all are standing the queue and if you want water/snacks we should go outside only. No facility for the peoples.

The play area was excellent. However spectators needs whether to get entry into the stadium, parking availability etc need to be made. Right now there is no way you can enter the stadium without asking people or police guarding the stadium during a match. The approach road to entry of stadium needs to be improved. Snacks, Drinking water and other refreshments are available at reasonable rates buy variety and quality needs to be maintained. The furniture made available even for high end tickets is badly maintained and very discomforting to sit for an hour
