Extremely unprofessional staff who do not have basic knowledge of the services they are providing. I can see they have employed staff without any training. The lady that did my hair today does not know the basic difference between blow dry and blast dry and doesn’t even know the use of conditioner for hair and how to use it.

Went there for the haircut, all the combs were filled with hair strands of others. I asked them to clean before using it on me but they ignored that, they use plenty of water to spray which makes you feel like you're goin to have a head bath now, the scissors that they use are also dumped with hair strands. They don't clean it after use or at least before the use, but they claim that they sterilize them; afterall what makes it a big difference in sterilizing a scissors or a comb which is dumped with hairs. No difference between a roadside barber and these so-called professionals. The manager relaxes inside, wears sneakers, lifts his collar up, wears a brand new apple watch ultra and comes out when your turn comes to pay the fees. And the guy who cuts and dresses my hair doesn't even know this fellow's name.

I didn't find them professional. I went there for a haircut and asked them not to cut my bangs short but they still did it. And they charge separately for hair setting after a haircut.
