Good food, not a high price at all. For daily it's a good option if u don't want to cook at your home.

I was charged Rs: 360 for paneer er dalna and veg manchuria by Zomato. The quantity received is 8 pcs of manchuria for Rs: 159 and 6pcs of small paneer cubes for rs: 199. The road side food is far better than this. Very disappointed with this.

Such a shame in the name of bengali food.
Its beyond below standard. Rotten and stale food is served here.
I would call it a scam. Please do not fall for it

Absolutely bogus food. They say it is Kolkata Biriyani but not at all the taste of Biriyani. Just putting a potato and an egg does note make it Kolkata Biriyani. Did a BIG MISTAKE ordering from this place. The biriyani rice tastes as steamed rice only with red color. Completely FAKE place, please avoid ordering biriyani from here.
I would have give a ZERO star if the option was there.

Worse attitude, and behaviour too

First of all I m a covid patient and I told them I live in Pg so to deliver food two times lunch and dinner.first week it was awesome I would say. But after that they started giving two days back food inspire of saying I m a covid patient. Food quality started detiriorating. Also they are forgetting when to give veg food and when to have non veg food. They have taken a certain amount for 21days.but the quality is not up to the mark. I said though that I am a patient still they give previous day's food not the food cooked instantly. If I can have this type of food then it's better no I have Pg food but why I asked them? They should understand it.

Worst service I have ever since from this restaurant. We have given money not for aloo bhaja and egg curry.they are maximum providing aloo bhaja with Dal and egg curry. R e we gave them money for fish and chicken bbut no they are giving only egg and egg. If I have to have egg I can book it no what's the point in ordering and where is the veg part only aloo bhaja will do. What kind of disgusting service it is. Total money waste. We have specifically told that we are covid patient so do you provide bhaja and oily staff and eggs only for covid patient. Too much oil also in the food. Disgusting service.

One of the worst food experiences. I ordered on a Friday 10/16/2020 around 12: 05 pm. The biriyani was stale (previously cooked a day before) with chicken pieces thats just bad. The aloo was boiled with water and biryani masala and felt somewhat initial rotten state.

Now coming to the chicken chaap, these guys have absolutely no idea what chaap is and made a white gravy chicken dish. The dish was 100% made with daalda and also probably cooked previously.

Feedback to restaurant owner/ manager: if you are in the business seriously put some effort into making some decent dishes and stop giving stale food to your customers. If you continue like this, take it from me you are going to close down within 2 years

Feedback to customers: i would recommend to stay away, of course you wont trust the review and order but once you do u will understand what i meant. Folks who have given good rating to this sh**t food probably have experience eating roadside biryani and not from Shiraz/ Arsalan or Amenia.

Chicken biriyani was not upto the mark.its too much oily, piece of aloo was missing and small piece of chicken and they charge 200rs. Nice way of doing business.this is not expected.

What started with a great potential unfortunately has gone downhill, food quality has detoriated and stale items were delivered on multiple occasions, it is time to fix things to make this work, this is not recommended in its current state.

Terrible! Ordered their thali called - Pagla Khabi Ki Thali. The description read rice, dal, basanti pulao, veg of the day, papad, chatni, aloo jhuri bhaja, fish kalia and kosha mangsho.
Packing was ok, dal was missing. Got 2 big pieces of mutton in mustard gravy (I am still wondering if that was mutton or something else)
Except rice, pulao and jhuri bhaja, rest were terrible - fish was overfried, kalia gravy was sweet with kismiss. Even the tomato khejur chatni tasted burnt, bitter and tasteless. Veg of the day was aloo dum where aloo not boiled properly. Kosha Mangsho part was the most disappointing one, couldn't make out the gravy as well as the pieces. I had to throw away mutton and tomato chatni for they were so horrible. Conclusion - I became pagla after having their pagla khabi ki thali.

0 value for money.

Delicious Bengali Food, just feel like your 'Barir Khabar'. I have ordered Biryani & Chicken Chaap, they were really tasty.

We ordered Kolkata style mutton biriyani and chicken chaap today with high expectations as per the quality reviews in Zomato and FB page. But our hopes was dashed. 1st, only adding potato and egg doesn't make it kolkata style biriyani, the flavour and aroma was completely missing. 2nd, it felt more like mutton masala rice than biriyani. Leave about kolkata style, even Paradise hyderabadi biriyani is less spicy and more aromatic and tastier than this. 3rd, we ordered 2pkts of biriyani and the 2nd pkt had only 1piece of mutton. Also, in both the packets mutton pieces were full of bones, we had to eat with the side dish of chicken. 4th, Chicken chaap is sweet in taste. Lastly, i just want to mention we hoped it will be a good alternative of kolkata style biriyani found in Hyderabad but is literally disappointed and will never order from here in future.

My friend refer me about this hidden gem of Bengali food in Hyderabad. Awesome. Quality and Quantity borg
