Nice infrastructure with moderate cost. Food quality should be improve. Maintenance should also improve. Buffet lunch is awesome.

Not maintaining properly by government. Bad smell from bathroom.

Location is great.

No complementary breakfast.

Buffet lunch is available with very hot and spicy South India food.

Service is not average.

Govt. Restaurant and bar. Ambience is average but better place if compared with price. Cheap of party

There is no plain rice, curd rice, not even idli, only nanu roti and biryani rice with palak paneer is available. Even the restaurant hall is filled with bad smell of nath room. Pl try to maintain the status of Haritha.

Toilets are not maintained properly. Wonder why they don't give equal importance to toilets which require the maximum hygiene

The Haritha Kakatiya 3 hotel was helping a Tourist and same other people like that.and one thing it was operating by TS govt

Flush in toilets are not working. Water in bathrooms comes with rust. Room walls are covered with water leak stains. Room we checked was not dusted in ages, spider webs along the room. Morning complementary breakfast is pathetic, better you prefer any road side stall. We order tea and coffee at 6am, it was served at 7am.

The room is really bad. Toilet flush and power outlet were broken, no hot water to shower, weird smell, mottled decoration, unclean sheets and pillowcases. The only good thing is staff's attitude.

A govt owned, but private Contract for operation and maintenance. Infrastructure and ambience is good. But poor room service and not helpful staff. Car parking is available.

Government run hotel, in alright condition. They also have a restaurant, and the food is tasty too. Bookings are done online.

Went there expecting to eat delicious food.utterly disappointed with the food.the roti and naan were hard and burnt very badly.the kadia chicken was very bad.no chicken in it all it was capsicum and onions.too bad.need to improve a lot!

Hotel ambience is good
and rooms are decent.but maintenance is poor. Food at restaurant is above avg. Comfy stay. Overpriced rooms we can get better rooms outside for that amount

Initially the food quality and service was good, now it is changed as meeting place for politicians and real estate brokers.

Very poor service they know the arrivals in advance and still they don't have extra beds for which they have charged and not even extra blanket hardly any one responded

Awesome hotel and very wonderful one. When i booked the hotel, my family was apprehensive, but later realised that it was one of the best choices we made during the trip to Warangal. There was no hot water in the evening (only luke warm water), hence 4 star rating. The multi cuisine restaurant served tasty food, the room service was good and even the prices are reasonable. Had veg buffet lunch at Rs 120/-. The hotel is built in a vast space and hence has a lush green garden where we enjoyed a walk and even the location is in the centre making the tourist places easily accessible.

It is maintained by the Haritha group of hotels. A fine place to stay for tourists from foreign countries. It has international standards and please the foreigners with its elegant look. The tourists coming from different countries board at this hotel and visit the nearest tourist attractions like Thousand pillar temple, Warangal fort, laknavaram bridge, Bhadrakali temple etc.

The ambience is good compared to hotels like Ashoka. It's only Rs 72 more than the price of ashoka. I would say it's worth spending Rs 72 extra.

A Telangana Govt Tourism Department hotel.and the maintenance is just like any private hotel. There are about 54 rooms and 3 ac halls & 1 lawn. Nice spacious rooms. Well built and we'll maintained. The hotel is situated in a prime location. Only disappointment is it's Food!

Worse service & no responsibility of tourism Dept. Loss of govt revenue. Lots of disturbance at Early morning 2: 00clock

The ambience is excellent. Full security, parking, inside restaurant, wellness centers, florist, souvenir shop. It is under TSTDC. If you are looking for site seeing at Warangal stay in this hotel it is in between to the city and near to all site seeing places.
