Haritha Resort Ananthagiri, Vikarabad

Haritha resorts is really good, but the food vendors to whom they give contract are so pathetic, we been to this place on August 15th 2023. Meghana foods the current contract holder who supply food at this resort. We had tiffins here and though we informed they were really careless and least bothered, coming to food, until the current contract holder and manager to this so called Meghana Foods contract ends I won't suggest anyone to dine here. Idly was like a rock and wada was not properly cooked and the chutney were one day old. I won't suggest anyone to dine in at "Meghana Foods", At Haritha resorts ananthagiri hills. Please don't regret. Lame excuses are not accepted when you are paying them.

No proper response they ll say one thing and they ll do something more irritating stay I seen

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is also clean. They keep soap and shampoo sachets. Hot water facilities are also there 24/7. The swimming pool is good. Nice play area for children. Cleanliness is maintained. But coming to the food we need to order food for dinner in the morning. Otherwise we don't get at least curd. The menu card is a waste piece of card. Sometimes they might say that there is no food. Better have some packed food with you. But they stick the paper everywhere saying "no outside food is allowed". They say that there is room service but they won't even answer the call.
Everything in the resort is so clean except this food court. Very ugly. We reached there in the afternoon by the time everyone was having lunch. When we again went there in the evening the place was still unclean. We had coffee outside. The shocking thing is that the food court floor was unclean until we checked out the next day afternoon.

A perfect example of how one can screw a nicely spacious resort in a worst condition. Very poorly maintained by the staff. A big joke in the name of restaurant with so called food menu but royally charged for food. Even a street vendor food option and quality would be much better. Will never recommend anyone to try food. Though property is spacious and scenic views. Good for halt and spend time but better to carry own food or try somewhere else.

Broken bed. Broken drawer. Unclean rooms. Springy mattress.
The only good thing about the room/ hotel is the location.

Verry horrible and worst experience. Rooms are not clean and full of insects and ants inside. Restaurant is ridiculous.ordered curd rice for my 1.5 year old baby.they took more than 1hour to deliver the food. Such a bad and worst experience.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the breakfast service I experienced during my recent stay at your establishment. I must say that my expectations were far from met, and I feel compelled to provide this feedback in hopes that improvements can be made.

What was perhaps even more disappointing was the lack of service at the breakfast area. The staff appeared disinterested and unmotivated.

It is my sincere hope that you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to enhance the overall guest experience at your hotel. I believe that improvements in these areas would greatly contribute to restoring your reputation and ensuring the satisfaction of your patrons.

Had the worst brunch of my life here with raw idli & bonda & tasteless & oily puri. Also outside food is not allowed, even in your personal rooms, so better to avoid or be prepared for food poisoning the next day.

Too long distance feeling from Hyderabad.
But had a good time, peaceful and pleasant place.
Kids play area is really good.

The location of the hotel is good but the maintenance and the staff behaviour is not well mainly the reception Ashok. The food is also very very bad. I will never saw this type of resort. I will give zero rating.

Would had given minus rating if option was there. Check in time was 12PM and room was not ready till 1: 30 PM. Admin told room is ready but when we reached room, it was so dirty.

Overall very bad experience and never will recommend anyone to visit this hotel. This was first time when we visited TSTDC hotel. Comparing to APTDC hotel, this hotel is worst. APTDC hotels are very good.

Maintenance is required as cracks seepage is there otherwise nice open place with amusements, big rooms with bathroom place is clean with greenery

The location where the Hotel is located is just awesome, the rooms have beautiful view from the balcony, but the maintaence of the rooms are too bad, they are clean but old walls, stained curtains and bedsheets, hence I did not like it. There are 3 blocks so not sure about the rest of the block maintenance. There is one canteen which serves buffet and the taste is just fine not that tasty, also there do not serve any in-room dining services, also you have to travel in your own vehicle for nearby sightseeing places as they don't have vehicle renting services too. There is a nice playground for kids to enjoy inside the venue.

Absolutely zero maintainance. I literally had to beg for an extra bed. Food closes by 9 pm post which you won't even get water.

Rooms are old and messed up. Bad bathrooms. For some reason you get that government attitude from the people who work there.

Lights in bathroom not working. Reported twice in reception but no response. Cleanliness is also will be huge shock when you see doors and dusty taps.wall stickers some ones Birthday also not removed from wall. Taste of food is good but restaurant service is bad. I checked in on 25th and checked out on 26th and room number I got was 603. Such a pathetic room. Online reserved customers will not get good service.

Food is not upto the standard. Food was good earlier until 2018. You must only go to see the property and spend some time there or for accomodation. Food is absolutely bad.

Worst Maintenance, Doors can't close properly, wall pains peels off, blankets turnd off, furniture broken other stuff dirty. Smells dirty. Choose only if you don't have any other choice.

Staffs are cordial. The hotel is equipped with good rooms. You can enjoy the early morning and nights as they are more serene nd calm. Swimming pool is not in working condition.

There was no water in the toilet during my stay and the place was full of trash everywhere. I called the customer care number but there was no response from their end.

Food is limited. Veg Thalli, Non veg curry. A bit expensive. But good food. Better to carry cash. Card machine, Mobile signals may not work.

Looks like old bunglow.didn't even have anything to eat when we visited, so we just looked around and left.

The staff are very helpful. They are understaffed and hence overworked but they still try their best to provide good service. The rating is for the staff. The rooms definitely need an upgrade for the amount that is being charged. The facilities needs to improve drastically. No geyser or central water heater, no intercom, walls are badly seeping, mattresses were hollow, and these are just the tip of the iceberg. A lot needs to improve. There is space for a makeover but saw no such initiative.

This resort is located near annthagiri hills. You can really enjoy the climate which gives a forest feel. I really loved and will visit again. Maintenance could have been more better

It's the only decent place for food and tea in the area. The premise were clean but the washrooms were not up to the mark. Management should look into it. All in all it was average.

Stopped for lunch on the way to Anantagiri Hills. Decent food, slightly overpriced for the kind of food available. Run by Telangana Tourism.

Here we had food, buffet system is there so u can enjoy as much food as u want. U can relax here. Looks like old palace.

Rooms were not clean.the staff behavior was ok.no one at resort belived in customer service.will avoid this place for future.only one things which I liked was DJ dinner place which was 2 km away from this resort as they had good music and food.

Nice and clean accommodation. Minimal facilities though. I wish they left a few bedsheets and blankets in the rooms. Closets don’t even have hangers to hang clothes on. Bit for the price and location, it’s a great value.

Serene atmosphere. Good accommodation. Dining hall is inadequate. Number of bearers in the dining hall should be increased.

No towels in room, ac is there but not ac remote, tv is there but no channels but the rooms nd bedsheets were clean that's why one more star added otherwise it would've rated it 1 star

A place with Privacy & Peace to stay. Service is not so bad as they are very responsive & get arrange what you ask & will provide their best. The only best option for accomodation in & around Vikarabad.

It was a bad experience coz there is no maintenance over here and the food is also limited only 2 options that's it, it needs to develop a lot.

Unable to contact the hotel. The number is switched off trying to contact the hotel for booking since 2 days and yet the number is not connecting.

Must say it is the only option for food and shelter near anthagiri.but washrooms aren't maintained. We dropped around 2 in the afternoon. Starving for food.buffet was the only option. Each plate priced at ₹140/- I should say that it isn't worth the cost. But being the only option this place is having buisness. Restuarant must upgrade its menu, food and even the payment options.

It's good climate for peaceful stay with friends and family. The facility i.e room ambience to be improved. All other facilities and access to the temples, trecking etc will be enjoyable for all age group.

Actually we had 2 days earlier booked the resort with family for 2 days i.e 25th & 26th of april in Hyderabad telangana tourism told that you can accommodate resort at 9: 30 am accordingly we were there at haritha resort at 9: 15 and the person who was sitting at the reception on 25th April 2019 was very rude told that why you come 15 mints early, rooms are not empty.then i took my family to site seeing and returned back at 9: 45 he says 5 mints housekeeping people are cleaning the room at last after several reminders i got a room at 10: 30 am, when inquired about breakfast in the evening he told idli, upma, wada, puri every thing is available from morning 7: 30 to 11 a.m accordingly our 3 families with children went for breakfast at 8: 30 am there was no one at the dining section when reported to manager he told cooks are on leave sorry we cant provide menu accept poori we accepted and we sat in a dinning room after 30 minutes waiter was serving only 1 poori in a plate when inquired he told he will be getting other poori in some time again when we asked for poori waiter and reception person told we had given 2 pooris in each plate.

This resort is located on elevated place so you can view the surrounding area from the resort very nicely. There is also a swimming pool where you can enjoy the fun of playing with water. The service is also good. Connectivity is also good to this resort.

Popular destination for visitors in Ananthagiri. It's peaceful place to stay with great views (from 2nd floor rooms). Quite big where you can stroll around and spend leisure time. There's a swimming pool but it is not maintained well. Rooms are decent. Restaurant is average in terms of seating and food. Since you won't find anything nearby, can't complain much.

Yeah it's good but the trees surrounding the resort are not good there is no proper care towards the trees otherwise it was too good and there was boating near to resort, it was too good to enjoy with family.

Nice place for week end relaxing with good rooms but disappointed as food was not tasty and also very expensive, swimming pool was not operating, there were no indoor games in the recreation room

Well laid out. Restaurant is below standard. Only caters for local food with plenty of red chillis to make you gulf gallons of water if one is not accustomed to such spices. Also very dirty.

Limited options for the lunch. It was buffet lunch, overpriced for that menu. Very dirty washrooms and ill maintained property.

Not bad for a place maintained by a government corporation. Awesome view and location. Could do better with maintenance of existing facilities!

Gym, Swimming pool and recreation club are not functional. Has a good view and good food. Couples can have a good time here. It is also good for family as they have working play area for children.
