Very pathetic, no update of proper address, visited 3/4 branches for claim.

Good insurance company, but they are too much time for an insurance claim

It is one of the fake company I have seen till now. Firstly they will call for the interview and then they start charging the amount like 1500rs for recruitment. Firstly I have also worked as a HR but I have not charged any kind of amount for the recruitment. These people are soo greedy for the money and ask amount from candidates who come for the jobs.

Very bad response.irresponsible people work here. I made 7 calls from evening 6 to next day morning 9 still they haven't updated me on my claim status of health insurance very poor service and irresponsible people. Will never again go for this insurance again in my life. ICICI and SBI gives better service than these guys.

Worst service from their side because we contact to the through the number it doesn't worked properly.

HDFC ERGO company team HR was called me for interview some of the reason I didn't went to interview be half of climate condition I couldn't went to interview the team member they have message me high tempur what is this.you don't know how to give respect to other's. I don't want to come to your company

They offer excellent facilities. Takes least amount of time for processing the payment in the hospital. Customer care is excellent. Gave the whole amount of the hospital bill twice within a span of 15 days. Excellent insurance for families. Highly recommended.
