Such a delightful experience I had, I wish I could gave a 5+ star rating. I have read the reviews before going and prepared for a below average experience. To my surprise, I had a fabulous experience. Luckily, there were no customers since I reached at the early hours. Thanks to Keerthi garu for her patience and composure, a gem of a lady that I met in the recent times, she has a great attitude. At each floor, I also see paperboards placed to direct where the HDFC life office is. I think they are improving based on the feedback.

Very bad experience with front offic boy.he has not a professional.just look like a office boy.no proper dress code no shooes. I don't no who recurt him.
Staff approached quite politely.information provided well. The only issue I faced is little difficulty to find the office as their display board was quite small.
HDFC Life is very poor service, even though I have submitted required documents before maturity of policy still payout was pending for 10 days from Maturity Date. No proper response customer service nor branch
Very pathetic service from this branch. They dont help with proper customer service. Go hell with policy claim assistance, if by chance there is a need. Absolutely stupid Customer service. I regret to sign up the policy with HDFC Life
Excellent service. Shamrozu and Shiva were very helpful with my request. There was constant interaction and the process was pretty smooth. If you are around Kukatpally, definitely give it a try.
Otherwise servers/application was down and for 1 policy it took me (and all other customers who were there) 4 hrs of wait and watch. 12: 30 pm to 4 pm! Hopeless hdfclife
Not sure how much this will help, because seeing so many ugly comments from other customers still don't see any improvement.
Waited for almost like 3 hrs to get my turn and in this 3 hrs only 2 customers were served. HDFC needs to look into processes and efficiency of theri employees and systems.
I will never recommend to anyone to get anything from HDFC Life and on top of it this branch no way for any customer service.
Kukatpally branch Hyderabad, unprofessional Branch head and the CS team. It's been a month that my policy redemption is not done. Worst part is none responds until you literally vsiti and abuse these guys.
Very slow in processing, handling customers.almost 30 - 40 mins for a customer.no parking facility.congested space.very few offices in Hyderabad.no value for customer.had to visit twice to complete the work.not recommended.
Visited the branch for cancelling policy. They serve only one customer at a time.after 3 hours of waiting i have submitted all documents. Suddenly power went off, rediculous thing is they dont have a power backup. I again needed to visit the branch next day.that also they take hell lot of time to process small request.please increase the staff or increase the processing speed of systems.worst experience i have ever had.
They are very supportive and polite. In my case I have discussed with Siva Kumar he is very good understand my situation he is the best person here. There is a lack miscommunication at hdfc telecallers they don't know the procedure actually following here in office. And there are some server down issues also Siva Kumar given his contact whenever I'm planning to come I have called him and he provided me the correct information and supported as well. I will suggest his name for you. If you have any concerns you can reach him.
Worest branch and the worest service.l visited 5 times, but I could not renew my policy. They don't know manners. All are escapist s. I gave my good health declaration. They have not accepted my NACH. Form.asked me to come again, If we go even 10 minutes late they will shut the door on your face. I wanted to close my policy. Where as there is a branch in bangarahills, they will give excellent service.

Unprofessional staff with no responsibility. I visited to enquire about my policy. Their system were down that day because of internet issues. The staff told me to write a letter mentioning my policy number & the details of my enquiry. After that they told me to leave & promised me that they will contact me as soon as the system is UP & Working. It's been 7 days, they did not call back. I am wondering how such employees are surviving in the current competitive Insurance world.
Long line. 3rd Floor. Only 1 lift which did not respond. Had to go up the stairs. Came here to obtain Life Certificate form. 35 minutes. Still waiting. The staff have not been able to print the form. Very sad. Today 11.06.2019, it was much better only because there were two customers. Got work done within 5 minutes. So the problem is staff strength.
The customer service fellows are rude and not even care about the customer. They did not treat you like human. Very bad service. Please remove this branch. Even though I live near to this office, I went to begumpet branch to get the service.
