Absolutely no coordination between the HDFC Life branches. They ask for originals of the people who are not even in the same city, and they don't provide any alternative to solve the issue. Another time it took one and half to update 1 phone number on 4 policies.
Okay good, behaviour of staff pretty good, they do help in possible ways and frustrated due to waiting period.easy to find the place located in 1st floor above Ratnadeep.
To the short: I had my HDFC life insurance for a couple of year’s and withdraw time has come and went to this branch… when visited they are least bothered after hearing news about withdrawal… We have submit a proof copy of Pan card and Aadhar card as we need to take photocopy of document and they insisted to get it from outside and their printers and scanners isn’t working (How glad such a big firm doesn’t have printers scanners working). Such a shame on this branch.
Not seeing crowd may be due to pendamic restrictions/odd hours i visited. Interacted with Mr. Samjeev Kumar, loan officer was helped including with the security guard. No space for 4wheeler parking. Have to park the car on the road side at our own risk. No metro accessible. Suggested to go by 2wheeler
So I had purchased 2policies and I wanted to cancel them. I approached the bank and the rep out here wr not helpful not even the branch managers. I would suggest people not to buy any policy from these banks they all will endup cheating u. Mr Raghavendra and Mr Sanjeev were not helpful in anyway
Very irresponsible people. No professionalism. They are not at all helpful. There is no coordination between employees. Worst place. Don't buy any HDFC policies.
Great customer care service there.but avoid going in 4 wheelers there’s a parking problem best to by two wheelers.unless everyone in Hdfc life customer care support superb
I'm here some time back to change my frequency of insurance Plan, the response is quick by the team. Just that I had to wait for 20mins as staff wasn't on time in the opening hours.
Worst experience and lied to get Money, Specially Mr. Naveen Singu sales person. Ramana who handle insurance and Mr. Vijay Telang is there head. These people has taken huge amount and unable to response.
Worst experience.they are even selling 1 RS revenue stamp in 10 RS. Documents were collected.but not submitted.they are asking for documents again.do not ever interact people from this branch.
HDFC as a whole has a very bad customer experience. With each category be it HOME LOAN, credit card, salary account, car insurance, life insurance they have always disappointed and been very rude. I been with Hdfc since 2011 and in 2018 I am removing all my associations with Hdfc. Being customer nobody wants them to be treated like waste. Hence 8 year long relation with HDFC I am breaking Coz there is a limit to everything and HDFC is out of chances. There are lot of other good companies in market whose priorities are customer obsession and please think twice before moving to Hdfc.
